Good product. Do check the size of you track. I didn't but I have some other t-slot clamps and bolts that will work. I couldn't find an equivalent product to fit my track (NextWave Shark 120 cnc) so I have to frankenstein this one 😁

Fuzqq brand CNC clamp - I am a sucker for jigs and clamps but sometimes it works out! This review covers the aluminum low profile clamp for the CNC router T slots etc. I ordered this for my fiber laser for alignment purposes so that I can have repeatability. Quality aluminum anodized finished with clear marking. Very easy to use and fits my fiber laser table perfectly. The clamp consist of primarily a 6 inch right angle "L" fixture which you bolt to your table. It includes two sliding step clamps to lock your part on the table against the right angle fixture. The measurements are clearly marked in mm and inches, plus color filled against the snazzy orange aluminum anodizing making the marks easy to read. In this kit you get the 6 inch right angle square, two clamping brackets that have stepped jaws. A nice feature is that the right angle fixture has slots allowing for positioning on your table and those slots include larger end bores Allowing you to leave your screws in the table when you take it off. My particular set included The enclosed right angle L bracket as they're calling it, Two side clamps with adjustable step teeth, wrenches and mounting screws including T slot nuts. So it's a complete package. Overall I considered it to be of good build quality, nice anodized finish with a very readable measurements engraved into the L bracket. The stepped on the clamps are adjusted via a set screw which allows you to torque down pretty hard on the part you are cutting or engraving. For me this is going to be one of those fixtures that stay on the table and I use over and over for repeatability. Excellent quality for the price and if you need flexibility for a T-slot table or a screw based table This fits the bill. A+ in my book. I'd buy this again! 5 stars

Quality CNC positioning bracket with side clamps.

The box you receive is very nice laid out with a nice reusable packing for a CNC positioning square with 2 pcs side clamps, a small bag of hardware, and two Allen wrenches. The CNC square is a nice copper orange color with clear ruler markings in black in both inch and metric. On one side of the L-bracket are marking for 5 inches and 52mm on the metric side. This CNC positioning bracket is use for setting things up for repeatable operations. The piece of stock you are working on fits against the L-bracket and is held in position by the two adjustable clamps. This allows for precise positioning and quick setup. The L-bracket and the clamps are made with a premium aluminum alloy that will give rigidity, corrosion resistance and durability. Uses for this setup would be for CNC carving, cutting and milling. The L-bracket and clamps are held in place with T-slots technology. Setup is pretty simple as well. For accuracy you will want to set-up the L-bracket and make sure you align it properly with the table you are using and the t-slot with M6 cap screws. Next you want to add the workpiece close to the L-bracket square and clamp the edges with the two side clamps. Once the side clamps have been secured to the table you can then adjust the head of the side clamp to apply pressure by adjusting the M4 screws in the adjustable head to apply a downward pressure on the workpiece. Once everything is aligned and secured you can then begin running your CNC processes. This is a very nice simple setup and can even be used with a wood deck for milling and routing operations. The manufacturing quality of these brackets is quite nice and easy to read. If you do any repetitive CNC operations then you will want to have one of these simple brackets in your shop. Not real sure how to judge the value of this tool except to point out that if you are making many of the same parts, you gain valuable time by having an easy and precise setup each time. ***** Five stars - Exceeded my expectations. I really love it! **** Four stars - Met my expectations. I like it and recommend it. *** Three stars - Average- some pros but some notable cons. ** Two stars - Disappointed- few pros and too many cons. * One star - Terrible! Stay away from it! Star ratings can be misleading but just for the record I tend to be generous on my ratings. If I like something I will mention it. If bad I will point the flaws out especially if the product is misleading. If I feel I can help with additional advice and insight I will also give that. If this helps in any way, great! Sharp Design, Solid Aluminum — But One Critical Weak Point You Need to Know About

THE KIT CONTENTS: The box includes an L-shaped 90-degree reference/corner piece, two toe clamp assemblies, three bolt lengths (0.71 in, 0.86 in, and 1.0 in), T-slot nuts for extrusion beds, washers, and two ball-end hex keys in two different sizes. Everything is organized in a foam-lined box and the orange anodized aluminum finish is clean throughout. Nice! THE DESIGN CONCEPT: Side clamping is the right approach for CNC hold-downs — material is secured from the edge rather than the top, keeping the entire workpiece surface accessible to the spindle. The 90-degree reference piece sits at 0.61 in height, which clears standard 3/4 in stock. The toe clamps range from 0.75 in to 0.80 in height depending on extension position, which is slightly taller than I would prefer for some operations. THE GOOD: 1) Tooth pattern on the toe face — genuinely helps grip and prevents workpiece creep. 2) T-slot nuts included for aluminum extrusion beds. 3) Ball-end hex keys allow fastener engagement at an angle, which matters in confined setups. 4) Significantly lower profile than star-knob style hold-downs, reducing collision risk with the gantry. THE TWO-WRENCH PROBLEM: You need both hex key sizes to operate a single clamp — the 6mm to mount and adjust the corner piece and table-mount bolts, and the 4mm for the clamping engagement bolt. That is a two-tool operation every time you set up. THE CRITICAL ISSUE: The clamping engagement bolt — the one you torque to apply lateral holding force against your workpiece — is a 4mm hex head threading into tapped aluminum with approximately 8mm of thread engagement. That is insufficient to handle the torque required to actually hold material against machining forces. I am deliberately under-tightening these because I am confident the aluminum threads will strip before the clamp reaches adequate holding force. The rest of the design is solid. This one point needs to be re-engineered with either a steel insert or significantly deeper thread engagement. BOTTOM LINE: A well-machined, low-profile hold-down system that would earn five stars with one fix: replace the 4mm aluminum-threaded clamping bolt with a steel insert or a deeper thread path. As-is, it is a four-star product being held back by a single critical design decision that limits how confidently you can actually clamp anything.

Excellent Quality CNC Positioning Clamps with Wrenches

These are really nice CNC clamps. The build quality is excellent, and the anodized finish looks beautiful and gives them a very high-quality feel. More importantly, they hold the workpiece superbly secure. Positioning and tightening is simple, and it's just as easy to loosen them, reposition the workpiece, and lock everything back down again. That makes them especially handy when you're doing multiple setups or need repeatable positioning. They also come with the wrenches and fastening hardware needed to get started, which is always appreciated. Overall, I'm very impressed with these clamps. Excellent quality, great holding power, easy adjustment, and a really nice finish. They've been a great addition to my CNC setup.

Get out of the way!

I currently have this mounted on my laser cutter bed. The low profile stays out of the way yet holds sheets of 3mm thick stock in place and flat. It is a great system that works well. Easy to adjust and reposition, and stays in place when tightened down. I have used it on the CNC machine as well. It performs just as well in that application. The vise itself is well made and I have had no issues with it. It holds stock and works great at holding stock in place.
