  • Better then i thought
This coop has really worked better for what its was intended for. I got this coop after i got a fertilized egg from husband who did a farmer a favor. The chickens were not planed. He gave us some more and I hatched 8 chicks, and got this coop to fit my budget, Then my sister-in-law asked me to hatch some for her and we hatched 19. I kept the 7 i guessed to be roosters ( only 1 was) seems i have a talent for picking eggs sense out of 19 there were only 3 roosters lol. Then i found a chicken in the middle of the road at 2 am....sleeping and couldn't find the owner so this coop intended for a max of 10 bird is currently housing 16 birds and they all have plenty of room lol. i will get them a bigger one soon but its has lasted through heavy rain and has fit two heat plates in it and after tarping the bottom is working well in the winter as well. Even with every body roosting on the wooden perches only 3 have to sleep in the nesting boxes, they all seem pretty happy with it for now, were going to build a barn for them in the spring, its a great little coop, but it dose need to have regular maintenance, the paint on the perches rubbed off after 2 months and i had issues with the panel for the droppings being hard to pull out because bedding got in the way if its had been a little deeper it would have been nice. i also wish there had only been 1 door on top because i had to cover 1 to keep rain out, that was my only issues with it. ... show more

  • Impressed
I had a hard time choosing a chicken coop but I’m glad I went with this one! It was delivered before it was supposed to be delivered. It did come in two boxes on two different days so that was odd. But it did all get delivered with pieces intact on time. It took me less than 4 hours to get it put together by myself. I will be reinforcing the nesting boxes just to be on the safe side. They seem a little flimsy on the bottom. I put a few extra screws in the stairs part. But I’m very impressed with the directions, the ease of putting it together, and how adorable it is! I have 6 large chickens and they may be a little squished in the coop, but they should be happy since I have a bigger run for them during the day. I’m excited to see what they think about it! ... show more

  • Easy Assembly and Cleaning
This coop was assembled 4 months ago and is perfect for my 4 hens and 1 rooster. Ithas held up fine with the exception ofneedingto replace 2 screws for one of the laying boxes. The temps dropped to 15 degrees one-night and this coop kept my girls and roo warm and dry. I recommend this coop and will probably purchase another in the future. ... show more

  • Alright quality coop with sub par durability
The coop is great the removal tray makes it super easy to clean but there are some parts made from wood that the chickens can poop on that are more difficult but still easy enough. The overall durability of the coop seems a bit lackluster as mine had already managed to arrive with a crack in one of the walls for the upper section of the coop which is rather disappointing as I was hoping to use this as a longer term housing for my chickens but I will probably have to replace it in a year or two but otherwise good coop love the built in nesting boxes will make gathering eggs much more convenient ... show more

  • Cute little chicken house
This poultry palace is small but so cute! It will work great to put my new hatches in until they are big enough to join the other chickens. Instructions said it would take 2 people 1 hour to put together; not true for us. It took us a full day! It feels like it’s a sturdy house and I like the spring loaded latches on the doors. We did reinforce the frame for more safety. ... show more

  • Quality is disappointing, look is adorable
This will work as a temporary shelter but not long-term. The screws to the top of the nesting box came right out. We had wind gusts around 20mph and it toppled over. Luckily no chickens were inside at the time. The "wood" at the bottom of the nesting box of course broke and we had to use some we had to support it until we can get a new one. It is super cute but my 3 chickens were a tight squeeze. The tray is not easy to remove unless you wiggle it back and forth and one of the doors rubs so it had to be sanded down to close properly. ... show more

  • Worst coop ever!!!
This coop is extremely hard to clean. The front door is so tiny I had to cut a door in the whole front side to be able to lift up and clean the roosting area. The roosting bars are permanently attached so you have to scoop out poop in between the bars.. poop tray is very hard to remove and came apart after 6 months of use. Terrible coop. Waste of money. ... show more

  • Very nice!!!
Super excited for my chickens! Very sturdy. The roofing very heavy duty protection and the roosting space is excellent! nice touch is how well the nesting boxes have no place for any kind of roosting above them. It went together with ease and very clear instructions. Really nicely thought out coop!
