AMAZING!!
I am extremely impressed with this large capacity countertop ice maker and would absolutely give it a five-star rating because it has exceeded my expectations in performance, convenience, and value. The one-click operation makes it incredibly easy to use—just add water, press a button, and within minutes it starts producing ice with no complicated setup or confusing instructions. The ability to make up to 41 pounds of ice in 24 hours ensures I never run out, even during busy days, gatherings, or extended use at home or in the office. The detachable 3L water tank is a standout feature, as it makes refilling and cleaning much easier compared to fixed-tank models, and it also adds to the portability of the unit, allowing it to be used in different spaces such as a home bar, office break room, or party setup. The self-cleaning function is another major plus, saving time and effort while ensuring the ice stays fresh and clean, which is especially important for frequent use. Despite its large capacity, the machine is compact enough to fit comfortably on the countertop without taking up too much space, and it operates quietly, making it ideal for both daytime and nighttime use. Overall, this ice maker is fast, reliable, easy to maintain, and thoughtfully designed, making it an excellent investment for anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality portable ice machine for home, bar, or office use.

Nugget ice makes me happy!
This nugget ice maker has been an absolute game changer in our home. If you love chewable ice, this machine delivers exactly that soft, crunchy nugget ice that cools drinks fast and is so satisfying to chew. It’s noticeably different from standard hard cubes and feels just like the ice you get at restaurants or cafés. The ice production is impressively fast. Within minutes, I had my first batch ready, and it easily keeps up throughout the day. The large water capacity is a huge plus — having both the built-in tank and the external tank means fewer refills and nonstop ice when hosting or during busy days. I also really appreciate how quiet and efficient it is. The compressor works quickly without being disruptive, and the machine feels sturdy and well-built. The automatic cleaning feature makes maintenance incredibly easy — just hold the button and it cleans itself in minutes, which is a big win for convenience. Overall, this is a high-quality countertop ice maker that performs exactly as advertised. Fast, reliable, easy to clean, and produces amazing nugget ice. Highly recommend for anyone who loves chewable ice or entertains often!

A "live and learn" mistake...
Allow me to add to the chorus of "boos" this machine has received here. The warranty was one month. I bought it in late October '25. It stopped working in early February '26. Customer support isn't even AI-based; it's just a list of "self-help" items. I tried them all; nothing worked. I paid almost $400 for it. Totally wasted. Plus, it made a bunch of noise. I'm now using a smaller Tramontina icemaker that I've had for several years. I paid $75 or so for it. Has always worked great. Makes two sizes of ice and no noise. The only reason I got the Roybar was that it was higher capacity. Live and learn. Amazon should drop the brand.

Quality ice maker
This review is based on the fact I've used it for a week. the ice basket is small, based on previous ice makers which i replaced BUT its quick to refill. the light makes it easy to see the ice. the size is incredible for what you get, the basket and tank are very easy to clean. the cleaning cycle is done with the press of a few buttons. I do not use the app so I cannot review it but the touch panel gives more than enough options for me and is easy to see and use the functions. the tank to fill is easily filled, either using a pitcher or taking it to the water cooler and filling it outside the machine. I have no cons, at all, at this time. the physical size of the device and tank and bin are what they are and as is, is perfect on this unit. Too small is a personal preference and should never be rated as a CON, you cannot change it, if you want something bigger, buy a bigger ice machine. I like it a lot though a bit pricy, but the functions out strip some of the more basic machines and thus far I do recommend this.

Perfect Nugget Ice Maker for Home!
I’m super impressed with this ice maker! It produces soft, chewable nugget ice just like the kind you get from Sonic or high-end cafes. The setup was quick — just add water and press start. Within minutes, it starts producing fresh ice, and the bin fills up faster than I expected. The machine is quiet, easy to clean, and looks sleek on the countertop with its stainless steel design. The “Soft Ice” option is a great touch, and I love that it has a self-cleaning feature. The detachable water tank makes refilling easy, and I can run it continuously throughout the day without issues. Perfect for drinks, smoothies, or just munching on ice. Highly recommend to anyone who loves nugget ice at home!

Stopped working after 2 months
If icould give it 0 stars I would. It stopped working after 2 months of use. I’ve tried troubleshooting seeing if I can fix the problem and to no avail. For the price it is you shouldn’t have to buy replacement parts after only 2 months of use. I do not recommend this product at all

Ice Kingdom At Last!
As someone who practically lives on iced drinks, I absolutely love this countertop ice maker. It’s been a total game-changer in my kitchen. The detachable 3L water tank and the 41 lbs of ice it makes each day mean I never run out, ever! The one-click operation is so convenient that even my kids use it, and they’re obsessed with having fresh ice for their drinks and snacks. The self-cleaning feature is a huge bonus, too, because it keeps everything low-maintenance. If you love ice as much as we do, this machine is honestly one of the best upgrades you can make.
