This pillow is very good if you are a side sleeper.When it arrived, I opened it up, let it expand and breathe for a few days. No odor or smell after that. Then started using it. Pillow top is very soft and cooling, which is great as I sleep hot. It provided very good support for my neck and was very comfortable. Height was just right for me and my shoulders. My arms had less tingling/numbness with this pillow as well. Wake up feeling rested and with no neck stiffness. If you are a side sleeper, this is a winner for a better nights sleep.

Worth every penny

I used this pillow the first night I received it. I've had such awful neck pain, kinks, stiffness that goes all the way through my shoulders, toss and turn all night trying to find a position that doesn't hurt. I asked my dr, he wanted to send me to physical therapy. I already excercise that area so that wasn't the answer. Went to chiropractor, acupuncture for 8 weeks, no help, so I really didn't believe a pillow would make a difference. After first night, I woke with none of the pain, stiffness. I had slept through the night for first time in a long time. I love this pillow. It has a lot of 5 star reviews, so I was hopeful. I'm amazed that modern medical practices could not do what this pillow did in one night. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and it's very comfy. Also, a queen size pillow case works grwat. I very much recommend this pillow.

Supports Neck and Stays Cool
I have found the superior design of this pillow to provide some very positive results. My head seems to align properly with my spine in a natural position. It allows me to sleep more comfortably and and has reduced my neck pain. I'm also told that I'm snoring less and I appreciate that the pillow is made of memory foam and maintains it's shape. Another benefit is that it stays cool and comfortable throughout the night. I'll now use this as my everyday pillow and my current pillow will be used in the guest room.

Relieved my neck pain

Purchased this based on the positive reviews, and the neck pain I have been battling every day (especially in the mornings) decreased significantly after one night. I haven’t woke up with a stinger since, actually. For me, it is equally comfortable when sleeping on my back or neck. The side sleeper arm feature isn’t as receded as I imagined, but it definitely allows me to bend my arms to more comfortable angle without cutting off circulation or altering the angle of the cervical design. Too soon to assess durability, longevity, stain resistance, but if i only get a year out of this pillow it will still have been money well spent. FYI, Ive been largely bed ridden for almost ten months, so this pillow isn’t a luxury comfort item for me; it is a necessary medical device.
