I am very pleased with my DTF printer. It is a really good machine, easy to work with, and it produces great-quality prints. The customer service has also been excellent. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they responded quickly and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a dependable DTF machine with great support. UPDATE — September 2026: I can no longer recommend this printer. I am leaving my original review below because I believe it is important to show that I did not start out unhappy with this machine. I was genuinely impressed with it, recommended it, and initially had a positive experience with Lancelot's support. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. I began experiencing recurring white ink problems that made the printer unreliable for customer production. I spent extensive time working directly with Lancelot support trying to resolve the issue. This included repeated cleaning, testing, adjustments, troubleshooting, replacement components, and ultimately replacement of the printhead along with an updated damper that Lancelot advised was intended to address the white ink problem. During this process, I also experienced alignment issues and, following the latest repairs and adjustments, color/output problems that required additional troubleshooting and changes to printer settings. I want to emphasize that I gave Lancelot considerable opportunity to resolve these problems. I followed their troubleshooting instructions and continued working with their technicians because I genuinely wanted the machine to succeed. I have also previously praised their support when I felt progress was being made. However, this is equipment I purchased to operate my business. I have now spent an unreasonable amount of time troubleshooting instead of producing customer work, and I have had to turn down orders because I could not rely on the printer to produce them. After the extensive troubleshooting, replacement parts, and continued adjustments, I no longer have confidence that this machine can provide the consistent, dependable production my business requires. Based on my experience after extended use, I can no longer recommend the Lancelot M1630 to someone purchasing a DTF printer for dependable business production. I’ve been using the Lancelot M1630 printer and shaker combo for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with the performance and efficiency it brings to the workflow. The integration between the printer and shaker is a huge time-saver. Everything feels streamlined, and once you get your settings dialed in, it runs consistently with minimal intervention. Print quality is solid—sharp details, good adhesion, and reliable curing results. The shaker does an excellent job distributing powder evenly, which helps reduce waste and improves overall print consistency. Build quality is another strong point. The machine feels sturdy and well-designed, and it’s clear it’s built for regular use rather than light-duty operation. Maintenance has been straightforward so far, and access to key components is convenient. There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re new to DTF setups, but once you get familiar with it, the system becomes very user-friendly. Dialing in temperature, speed, and powder levels is key, but that’s expected with any setup in this category. One thing that really stands out is the customer support. Their tech support team, which you can easily reach through WhatsApp, is very responsive and helpful. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and knowledgeable, which makes a big difference when running equipment like this. Overall, the Lancelot M1630 combo is a great investment for anyone looking to improve efficiency and output quality. It delivers consistent results, reduces manual steps, and feels like a professional-grade piece of equipment. ... show more

This printer is GREAT!!!!! I just got my Lancelot printer, shaker, and oven combo last week. It came in 3 different boxes. Very well protected for shipping WHICH I LOVED!! The set up wasn’t hard at all! Especially with the ability to chat with tech support while setting it up. They are available to chat anytime which is AMAZING! Then the printer… the print is BEAUTIFUL! The colors are so vibrant.. I couldn’t ask for a better picture!! The printer and laptop is super easy to use!! Then adding the shaker & oven to it makes my job sooooo easy!! All I do is cut and press!!! I HIGHLY recommend getting this printer combo!! Also, there is the fact that is has holiday mode too!!!! I’m so happy I chose to purchase this printer combo! I will review again after 6 months and let you all know how it’s going!! ... show more
