The media could not be loaded. I love my printer! It arrived early! I wanted to set it up right away but it was the day before Christmas Eve. The packaging is so secure. Nothing can move or be damaged unless it gets run over in traffic. The setup was seamless with so many ways to get assistance. I have been using the laptop and printer for 2 weeks now. I have no complaints. I can't wait until they have a larger format, I will buy that one too! Their customer service is out of this world. Even if you have a small question, they are available 24/7. They know their stuff. There are groups on Facebook too. The same people reply. It is like nothing I've seen before. This machine, the oven, the laptop...worth every cent. I originally wanted the black version, but I had issues checking out (keep getting an error) and ended up with the pink one. While it’s very bright, I’ve gotten used to it over time. Assembling the printer was straightforward, thanks to the excellent customer service. There are setup videos available, but the support team is on standby for any questions. They also assist with installing the programs on your computer, which makes the process much easier. The Wellprint software serves as the driver and is used to print your DTF image. The Colorip software is the RIP software where you would load, resize, and prepare your image. Once ready, you select "Print" in Colorip to save the image and upload it to Wellprint for actual printing. The print quality is excellent, with vibrant colors, and maintenance is simple. If I don’t use it daily, I perform a print head cleaning twice a day to keep the white ink flowing and prevent clogs. There’s also a white ink circulation knob on the back that will need to be turned on every 4-5 days. I absolutely love this printer! It’s far more convenient than sublimation (which requires specific substrates) and weeding vinyl (HTV). I mostly use it for holidays or events, as it’s perfect for creating personalized gifts. That said, I’ve noticed a couple of limitations: 1. Images need to be limited to 12 inches to avoid the sides being cut off during printing. 2. I haven’t figured out how to create halftone prints yet, as the process seems more complex. Overall, I highly recommend this printer—110%! It’s much easier to use than self-converted DTF printers, stress-free, and supported by an amazing customer service team. I bought a device in November with an expected arrival date of December 4, 2025. The item did not arrive until December 11, 2025. When it finally arrived, the shipping crate was visibly damaged and broken. The printer itself is also nonfunctional. On December 11, 2025, I immediately requested that a damage claim be initiated. The very first statement made to me by a representative from Lancelot was, “FedEx is not going to pay for this printer. They never do.” This comment was made before any formal review or response from FedEx, raising immediate concerns about how this situation was being handled. Despite the obvious condition of the shipment and the urgency of the matter, the company responsible for the transaction did not submit the claim to FedEx until December 17, 2025. In addition, the Lancelot representative has refused to contact FedEx directly, which further raises concerns about accountability and willingness to resolve the issue. On January 6, 2026, I spoke directly with FedEx Customer Service and was informed that the claim had been approved and paid on December 23, 2025, with funds issued to Lancelot that sold the item. FedEx confirmed that they have fully completed their responsibility regarding this claim. I am now being told by the representative of Lancelot .That FedEx never issued payment. This directly contradicts the information provided to me by FedEx and is both frustrating and unacceptable. The delays, the damaged equipment, the refusal to engage directly with FedEx with me, and the conflicting statements raise serious concerns about transparency and accountability. At this point, I am being given two completely opposing explanations. Under these circumstances, I am left asking: who is providing accurate information? ... show more

This printer is GREAT!!!!! I just got my Lancelot printer, shaker, and oven combo last week. It came in 3 different boxes. Very well protected for shipping WHICH I LOVED!! The set up wasn’t hard at all! Especially with the ability to chat with tech support while setting it up. They are available to chat anytime which is AMAZING! Then the printer… the print is BEAUTIFUL! The colors are so vibrant.. I couldn’t ask for a better picture!! The printer and laptop is super easy to use!! Then adding the shaker & oven to it makes my job sooooo easy!! All I do is cut and press!!! I HIGHLY recommend getting this printer combo!! Also, there is the fact that is has holiday mode too!!!! I’m so happy I chose to purchase this printer combo! I will review again after 6 months and let you all know how it’s going!! ... show more
