Even though it says it's for sofa length, it only covers slightly past a love-seat length, and the depth doesn't cover the full area of where you would be sitting. My bad for not double-checking the measurements. It works as a temporary fix since we aren't keeping the couch when we move in a few months, but for the price, I was hoping it would be stronger. No! This is false advertising described to be extra thick?! Absolutely not! I knew something was off when it arrived in the paper Amazon bag because another brand I previously purchased came in a cardboard box because of how heavy it was..same size, after opening it it is literally not even as thick as a One subject college ruled notebook! I purchased the 66 in for the full sofa and it was seven rectangles long. Please just see the pictures I have attached for yourself. It's horrible. I wouldn't trust this for my kids to sit on! Do your research and don't do like I done & just find the cheapest option available because now I have to return it and reorder something better! This seller needs to reword or remove this listing because it is definitely false advertising. No way should this thing be considered extra thick, even when all seven pieces are folded togethr it is only the height of two wooden clothes pins stacked on top of each other, not to mention it stinks! In an effort to avoid having an old comfy club chair completely reworked, I have used something similar in the past, but constructed of different materials. While this product helps, it seems less rigid than what I have used in the past and therefore not quite the support and resistance I was expecting. I understand why reviews on this item are a little low. Their sofa is worn, and they don't want to or cannot spend the cash on a replacement. No product, let alone a $30 one, is going to bring that spring back after 3+ years. But I just purchased a new sofa, and this is a terrific product for it. A) It is preserving the springs under the cushion for even wear. B) Two cushion full sofas are the trend in the US (perhaps elsewhere) and this Laminet insert really firms up the staging middle of this style couch. I've found that closest to the armrest is the firmest on a two cushion full sofa, and the middle is the softest. This insert really helps distribute my weight more evenly to the middle from the firmer side support. C) I don't know what size sofas people have out there, but this product fits very well in my 90x40x40 couch. That's at or above average size for a stationary or reclining couch. Some reviewers even have pictures of how small this insert is in their sofa, and that they should have checked the dimensions first (yea!) but I don't think that should away your opinion unless you have an oversized sectional. This product isn't going to restore your worn down sofa. It's illogical to think it may based on it's price alone. But I expect the comfort of my new sofa will be preserved far better with this insert than without. ... show more

    • Short lived fix, waste of money.

When I first put these under my cushions I was amazed at the difference. But a couple weeks later and the support is gone. And on top of that, at least on my couch, if I don't shove them partially under the back cushion, the seat cushion doesn't attach to the velcro on the couch base and the cushions slide everywhere. After a couple days of pushing the cushions back several times every night, I've decided these are best for the garbage. Waste of money. My couch has one spot that's an issue and so I bought this. Putting it on my couch helped a little bit with the comfort but this does not cover the entire width of the springs in the couch. Since the issue is only in one spot I decided to fold it back up some and put it over that spot and that helped. I'm pretty desperate to keep a usable couch for awhile longer and it is helping some so I'm going to keep this. I don't have high hopes for it lasting very long but I think it will work for the small time I need. I would not buy this again nor would I reccomend to anyone else unless the price dropped.
