Very strong magnets to hold phone firmly in place. Recessed out from air vent so air conditioning goes around phone & isn’t blocked. Attached to vent first try. Everything needed to set up is included. Already had the circular piece that goes on back of phone case from another holder in a different car so setup was super easy. I put it on drivers side left vent by door..completely out of the way & doesn’t block my nav.system screen. You can easily turn phone vertical or .horizontal,while on the holder.

Well made/solid and it easily adapts and adjusts to different vent locations. It maintains its hold and does not loosen up and the magnets are extremely strong........almost too strong as removing your phone requires a solid pull. You won't have to worry about your phone dropping off this mount! Attachment and removal takes only seconds. I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max which is large so I found placing this as low as possible on the vent allowed it not to block air flow too much with some vents on top, free to blow plenty of air. The ball and socket used for positioning the phone angle is strong, but, I found that tugging off the phone from the magnetic base always disrupted/moved the phone position so I've left the ball/socket slightly loose and just angle the phone to the desired position every time I mount it.

Thank you to all the customer reviews, I read what you said and bought it based on your feedback. I just got this, easily put it together and installed it. It is much better than other car phone holders I have had. The hook mechanism into the vent works great and is very sturdy, more so than the push type holders. The magnet on this one is very strong as well. I also like that it does not really block the vent when you take the phone off because the holder itself is an open circle, not a rectangular surface like others. Low cost great product.

I love this thing. Since it's open in the middle, it doesn't obscure any view when my phone isn't on it. And my phone fits even with my popsocket on. It's sturdy but I can move my phone to any position. It holds my phone securely but it's not hard to remove. It was also easy to install on my vent. I love the metal vent hook.

This is easy to attach to the car vents and works very well to hold phone. We do have the magnetic phone cases so our phones don't require any extra ring to work with this mount. Holds phone tight and does not fall off. Recommend.
