Let's face it - most of us are on a budget right now. Things are expensive. Enter this - which comes off as an entire daily fitness routine in one small box! Are you limited on space? Here you go. Limited on funds? Here you go. Need something you can do fairly quickly? Here you go. It checks all the boxes, in my opinion. First - the box it came in is about APPX 14.5" tall, 10.5" wide, and 6" deep. You can cram everything right back in there if you wanted to, so for people who lack a lot of storage space, this might work! This comes with a medium-sized vinyl bag and yes, everything does fit in there, too (as long as you disassemble the pilates bar). This comes with a LOT of workout stuff (hence, the "complete" fitness set!). Included are: Resistance bands made from natural latex anti-slip rubber handles (2, for the training base) 3-section pilates bar (3 sections as you can use with your abdominal wheels, too & it's more collapsible for storage) 2 abdominal wheels dynamic handles (to connect to resistance bands/board or door) non-slip pads (for the training base) tension elastic bands ankle straps hand grip strengthener jump rope door anchor The book that comes with this does a pretty good job showing what you can consider doing with all of these items in full-color with photos and brief descriptions. There is a typo or two in there, but no worries. There's also a whole page of "Beginner's workout at a glance" which points you towards a 4 week "training program" they've listed out that you might consider using if you like it and your health permits (it is generally recommended to ensure that you have a doctor's approval before taking on any new training programs!). This training base board is NICE. The bottom center of it is metal and the top and sides are plastic, which gives it a VERY sturdy and hefty feel. Nothing at all seems "cheap" about this top to me. I expected the gear on the elastic bands to feel kind of inexpensive for this price, to be hefty hard plastic or thinner metal, but it's actually really decent carabiners. The resistance bands are labeled in print on them (ie, "heavy") so you know what band resistance you're grabbing. They come in "extra light", "light", "medium", "heavy", and "extra heavy". The jump rope with this set is surprisingly good - it will whip around quickly without issue. I guess what I liked best were the grips. They're soft but firm foam, so they should last awhile and tolerate sweat just fine. For the hand grip there is only one, but it's really easy to adjust the tension with the knob in front, and on the side of the grip you can reset a counter quite easily as well. Good way to keep track of what you're doing! Just open it enough to hit that button and the counter keeps track for you, twist it at the end until you're back to 00. Easy. The ab wheels attach really easily onto the pilates bar, and they're nice and smooth on a surface. No issues with that, and they seem good quality. Overall this set just ROCKS in my opinion. I'm definitely sold and I think the price is an amazing value for all of the good-quality items you get in this set, which can fit in a small space. I would gift this to anyone who was in need of extra fitness time at home in lieu of or in addition to gym time. HIGHLY recommend!

I haven't had a gym membership in a while ever since COVID hit us all years ago, so I've basically been doing things at home with a set of freeweights. While that's been great for building and maintaining muscle for a bunch of areas, despite their versatility a couple dumbbells doesn't really provide enough for a true full body workout, and that's where this kit comes in. Pros: + The pushup board is quite sturdy with the aluminum frame, and the handles pop in and stay in wherever you place them. It is nicely labeled and color coded as well for targeting different areas, and it really helps ensure proper positioning and form. Also, while it isn't huge, the rise from the handles does let you get in a decent dip on your pushups. + Resistance tubing is something I've tinkered with in the past, but just anchored to my garage workbench. This set however allows you to use them with the board for squats, lifts, curls, and more, and also allows for attaching to a doorframe for other workouts. + The resistance bands work well, and can offer a significant amount of resistance, way more than I would have guessed. + Additional items are really nice to have as well: Adjustable hand grip strengthener, the jumprope, ab roller, and more. Also what is really nice is you can even use the tubing with the ab roller if desired. + Provided bag can contain everything for storage. Cons: - Included training guide is a bit on the light side, but that's not huge deal. It just would have been nice if they included more variation on the different training methods you can use. Overall, I feel like this is fantastic, very complete workout solution. While it can't truly replace things like weights, combined with a few dumbbells, bodyweight training, and this set I feel like you can do pretty much everything you'd need to in order to build and maintain muscle and fitness at home. If you're an apartment dweller or short on space, this is the perfect solution, giving you effectively a full gym experience in your living room. For the price, I highly recommend this set.
