  • Exceeded every expectation
Size: 15' x 24' Oval Color: Meadows Reprieve
The pool was wonderful. Lined was great quality and durable.the instructions are nonexistent so we hired a pool guy to assemble. The company that provided the pool are wonderful to work with.

  • Decent pool
Insanely difficult to put up, even with two people. That said, now that it's up, the overall quality and durability seems to be there. Some of the metal rails were a bit twisted but they still seemed to work fine with a bit of 'encouragement'. Strongly suggest multiple people and a hard medium for the flooring to roll the metal around on (compact your sand multiple times, and make sure to use a tight grit). Top plastic rails were tricky to get the holes to line up properly without water pushing against the walls, which makes me wonder if they shouldn't be assembled fully prior to filling -- but I'd be worried about the posts not being in the right place without them, so I don't necessarily recommend this. Also, skimmer hole seems to be a bit lower than I'd like; ended up overfilling via the skimmer canister even though it was still 8ish inches from the top (about 3-4 inches lower than I expected). Overall a small complaint, just something to be aware of. ... show more

  • Installed June 1, 2023 Bitter Sweet Experience
We installed it. 😩 Husband had the walls up two times until finally getting it the third try. One of the support poles were smack dead in the middle of the cut out skimmer section. Take down one. Realized each pole was upside down, take down 2. Time out mental breakdown happened. Husband lit the instructions on fire, said some mean things and proceeded to put the walls up for the third time. He finally got it. Now on to the liner installation. The over lap liner is cheap. It was easy to put on with using claps to help out the process. They did not come with pool kit but were a major help when putting the liner in. Invest in plastic claps. Get at LEAST 10 clamps. Is the overlap liner good quality? No but it will do temporarily. When we replace the liner in two years, most definitely going with a thicker liner that is beaded. Back to pool installation next we filled the pool up with water, hooked up to our filter we already had and boom we are now summer ready. Did he read every direction? Yes, huge chunks of important directions were nowhere in site. Extremely frustrating BUT also keep in mind this pool kit is extremely budget friendly. This same pool size was priced with installation for $7,800. We got this for $2,000. Husband and teen boys installed it. It took a full 12 hours but we also had a fire towards the end of installation. We can laugh about it now but whew! Would I purchased again? Yes. We discussed putting a smaller pool at our lake house. Would we install it ourselves, HECK NO. Never ever again ... show more

  • Good quality but not a DIY installation
Size: 21' Round Color: Meadows Reprieve
The pool is good quality for the price. I bought it to replace my old one that the wall rusted out. This one is rosin coated and seems to have better quality than the old one. I had a professional install it because it was too involved and I don't have that skill set. The delivery is no signature required but you should be home when it arrives. My boxes were damaged. I contacted the seller's customer service and sent pictures. They told me to refuse delivery. No hassles. They were really helpful and a replacement was shipped out the next Monday. ... show more

  • Exactly what we needed
Size: 12' Round Color: Meadows Reprieve
This pool looks fairly durable and fits in our spot. We got the 12 footer. The sour side frame looks good too. I will second all of those that said this thing was a pain to install. There are parts that are needed that may come as a surprise like paver stones for the foundation beams. Some parts of the instructions are not clear, like the discharge and suction have to be placed just right or a beam will be in the way so that you will have to rotate the whole skin to clear this up. Teflon tape will be a must. Worm gear clamps for the hoses. When placing the discharge hose in be careful how you tighten this, if the large threads turn too much it will slip the threads that tighten the directional nozzle inside the pool making it so lose you can’t aim the nozzle. ... show more

  • All good...but don't expect any support or to use the warranty!
Size: 24' Round Color: Galleria
Bought in 2022. Great support from the company when I bought it, they didn't have the liner in stock that I had ordered, were very pleasant and called and communicated with me about accepting a different liner, lots of reassurances about the support I would have in the future if I didn't cancel my order due to the false advertising about the availability of the liner I had ordered. Fast forward to now. Had 3 successful summers with the pool, including one where we did have a small patch job we had to do on the liner related to the pull from the skimmer area, no biggie, it was at the top and we got it taken care of. We've had a profession come out and winterize every year, have followed all recommended instructions for maintaining integrity and cleanliness. Have tried to contact the seller now as well as the manufacturer due to seam separation on the liner. Have been watching our water level slowly drop this winter beyond the recommended level. The manufacturer's # on their store front is not correct. The seller responded with an AI response about my liner not being covered under the warranty unless I could provide pictures to show evidence of this seam separation. I responded and asked for further clarification on how I would provide this...as we all know, you cant get to the outside of the liner without completely detaching it from the frame, which then makes it unstable. Likewise, it is still winter, so providing seam separation pics from the inside would require me to open the pool up two months early, which could become a hazard to other aspects of the pool. Not only is this difficult and risky for the pool integrity, taking these pics does not guarantee a replacement liner, only that my info will be sent to a review team to decide if it qualifies. So while the liner is out and I'm waiting...I have an unstable metal outside sitting there without a liner full of pool water to help support the integrity of it staying in place. Which seems like a huge risk since Im in a state that is still in winter weather and getting occasional snow. Ive asked twice for someone to call me. No response. No further advice. Have just been ghosted. My other option now is to pay out of pocket for a new liner. Keep in mind, the pump that comes with this pool is not strong enough. I ended up, on the recommendation of a professional pool maintenance team, getting a much stronger pump, the one that came with this does not even circulate all the way to the other side of the pool. The filter we bought that does work was nearly an additional 1000 dollars. If I could do this over, I would have purchased directly from a manufacturer, you won't get any constructive or helpful support from this company once they have your money, especially if you want to exercise any aspect of the warranty they promise. Im very disappointed. This is definitely not a cheap purchase and to now have to go buy a new liner AND pay the money to completely refill the entire pool again this year, which was one of the reasons we switched to a metal pool in the first place, is very frustrating. Especially when we received so much reassurance when we agreed to accept a different liner than we ordered to begin with, that if we had any issues, we would have no problem getting support. All of the red tape to exercise any aspect of the warranty is conveniently omitted from descriptions and in talking to the company....until you want to use it. I'm working on a formal complaint to Amazon at the moment, but with people probably starting to look at options with the summer coming up, I wanted to post what my experience has been. There are a lot of companies to choose from, I'd highly recommend bypassing this one. ... show more
