Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how great a tool this was. I have very fine corkscrew hair if I scrunch it and add products. With this, I half way did a quick blowout and used this to straighten my hair. It's a lot faster than a flat iron by far.

I have thinner hair but wavy especially in humidity. The hot comb doesn’t hold your hair, you have to hold your hair sections as you slide it down. It straightened my hair but made it very frizzy not smooth and shiny. Maybe it’s not meant for my hair type.
