This is a great charger! 30ft cable and fast charging - easy install. Used a few times already and everything is working as it should. Provided card is convenient in my apartment complex, charging will only start when RFID card is swiped. Safe, quick and easy to use - just what I was looking for!

    • Cannot Do An Immediate Charge Without Using RFID Card
I returned this charger as it can only charge when using the RIFD card. Since I have the charger in my garage this is an inconvenience. Also, it will not work on my 2020 Chevy Bolt when I have the Bolt set for delayed charging. Charger faults after 5 minutes of trying to charge. Pros: 1. Light weight and compact for a wall charger 2. Cable length is 30' Cons: 1. Cannot start a charge unless you use the supplied RFID cards. No way to disable 2. Basic charger. Cannot set to immediate charge without RIFD card. Cannot change amps or set delay time on the charger 3. LCD screen is low resolution and very dimly lit 4. Casing of charger is made of low-quality plastic. Doesn't seem like it would survive an impact. 5. Not sure if it could be used outside. ... show more
