The instructions are awful. Had to watch a video of another product that was basically the same to figure out how to install them. Once installed they work fine.

    • Locking ends don't, rails slide around roof, return period too short
The locking end caps - don't. They just fall off before the next day. Installation - no real instructions and very difficult. When tying items onto rack, the bars slide making load very insecure. DANGEROUS!!! 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.

EDIT- INCLUDES 4 small locks don't worry with them as they will only fall out going down road anyways. After ONE use. Took an hour and a half to Install. Would not call it an easy install, and after one use the black rubber inserts pulled out and tore .
