I like how big it was. Fills up almost the whole seat. Its not super supportive like a tempur pedic matress but it does soften the seat. For me it's enough to prevent back pain. One downside it does move around when I exit the vehicle so I have to put it back into place each time I get out of the car. Bought this cushion for post surgery comfort. It has helped a lot, however, I feel if it were twice as thick, it would be perfection. I think it’s only around an inch thick, and 2 inches would be much better. It did help with my postop pain. Not 100%, but a lot.

Bought this for a friend who was having hip issues. The curve in the seat bottom of her car made her sit off center and hurt her hip after driving for a while. This cushion was a wonderful solution to the problem. It is not curved like most seat cushions and it made it possible to cover the curve in the seat that was causing her pain. Worked like a charm.
