The product was more difficult to install than I expected. And despite four adults reading the directions and trying to program it probably 20-30 times, maybe we should have had more coffee. I finally got tech support on the phone in the morning and got it programmed immediately. The instructions seemed clear, but we just weren't figuring it out. This was very easy to install only took about 20 minutes. The best feature is that you simply hit the bottom at the top to lock the door behind you. With 2 small kids I didn’t want an auto lock one. The battery is easily accessible when it comes times to change.
