Bought this because I have dogs. With thirteen dogs in my room at any given time someone is bound to barf, pee, poo, ect, on my bed. I got the queen because I put the waterproof bed cover over my blankets too. If the dogs soil my bed all I have to do is wash the mattress cover and not everything else. One of the dogs barfed and the mattress cover worked, not sure why anyone is saying this mattress cover isn't waterproof. Also, for those who are saying it's hard to get on the mattress make sure you get the right size, that's the only reason I can figure you'd have any problem putting it on, if you bought too small. Anyway it is very waterproof, fits great, goes through the washer and dryer fine. I got the queen for 13 bucks to put on my full since I put it over my blanket too. Can't believe I got such a nice waterproof mattress cover for the price. As for washing make sure you dry it on low heat. Oh and it's cool to the touch so I bet it's great for those hot summer days. Will buy again.

Great product. Soft, thick, waterproof and yet no sound when you move around. I got this to protect the mattress from dirt and whatever other animal mess happens and I thought I'd hate it but can't really tell it's on, except the sheets seem a tiny bit more plush

My 15 month old still likes to sleep in my king bed and drinks SO much water throughout the night that we found ourselves washing the bedsheets and blankets almost daily because regardless of several nighttime diaper changes his diaper always leaked through every single night and this is with the 12 hour Pampers which typically do quite well in terms of leak proof. Which led to mattress scrubbing and airing out before new sheets go down-huge pain if you’re tired and come to find have to strip the bed at 9 o’clock at night and remake the bed while doing laundry. After several discouraging purchases of different protectors including expensive ones at Target that completely leaked through even with a towel as a barrier between the mattress and protector THIS one finally held up very nicely. So far after having for a couple of weeks I have only had to strip and wash twice total where all the blankets sheet and towel soaked through and this protector was wet thus the mattress was a teeny damp. I mean nothing is entirely waterproof unless it’s thick plastic however this one is quite soft and comfortable has no crinkling and you cannot even tell it’s on at all. Washes and tumbled on medium heat and it held up perfectly. Would highly recommend for those with small ones still in the bed.

I love this cover, it is super soft with a little bit of cush, it keeps liquid from getting to your Mattress, yes my cat already gave this a try. It has no sound, you can't even tell you have a waterproof cover on your bed, if anything it gives your mattress a softer feel. I love the softness of this so much I bought a second one I can switch to if needed and I threw away my nasty cotton terry cover I had even tho it was only about a year old, they said it was ultra soft cotton, it wasn't & in no way even close to the softness of this. This also washes well. I'd definately buy again if I needed to.

This Mattress protector looks really pretty out the bag. It seems a step above my waterproofing needs and has a slight latex to rubbery feel underneath it, although the top seems very soft and comfortable. I wasn’t able to get it to stay put on my kid’s bed before becoming frustrated and giving up on it. Update: I finally had the patience to get it over my kid’s 14” mattress once we switched to cloth underwear to avoid the headache of accidents. It actually stays put unlike I originally thought and it doesn’t make any squeaky noises. It’s comfortable to sleep in and it’s protected the mattress from well typical toddler accidents. So what a life saver! It’s really hard to get on the bed the first time around but if you can get passed that hump it’s really easy to do after all the removal and washings. It’s been super helpful. I have been very happy with this product! It’s saved me from so many disasters. I ordered a second one.
