What I saw in the pictures and description is exactly what I received. It's as comfortable and sturdy as I expected, and so far I can't find anything to criticize or complain about in terms of the product's quality (as of writing this review, I've had it for only a couple of weeks). The product came in three boxes, all on different days. The last box arrived one week after the first box. The tracking feature that Amazon provides did not give separate tracking information for each package, and marked the entire order as delivered after the first box arrived. I can't blame the seller for this - in fact, they provided their own tracking information after I requested it for the third box. The product came with two parts that were apparently incorrectly manufactured. It seems that the wicker was woven on the wrong side of some of the frames. Fortunately, they were small parts (the side walls on the chairs that wouldn't be visible when assembled) and I was able to temporarily use the defective parts while I contacted the seller to request replacements. The seller responded within 24 hours and sent replacements at no additional cost to me. The replacements arrived within a week and worked perfectly. While this might have frustrated some, I was in no hurry and appreciate the finished product. 1-YEAR EDIT: After using this patio furniture set for a year, I still have found nothing to complain about, nor have I encountered any issues with the furniture! I keep it under a covered pergola, so it's not directly exposed to rain or sun all that much. I don't have a cover for it though, so I do have to take off the cushions and hose them down out in the sun every few months. I've fallen asleep alongside my cats while relaxing on it many times, and so far I am quite satisfied with the purchase! ... show more

I purchased the Devoko 6 piece rattan set after reading the rave reviews. Here is my review after assembling and using it for a couple of months: Pros: - Quick and easy assembly taking around 2 hours - Sturdy construction that feels durable - Good selection of vibrant and beautiful colors - Thick cushions are quite comfortable and supportive - Modular design allows flexibility in arranging pieces - Lots of extra hardware and replacement parts included - Glass top table looks elegant and provides smooth surface Cons: - Back cushions are too thin and require extra stuffing - Slick cushion fabric causes pillows to slide around - Rattan shows pet hair/lint easily requiring frequent cleaning - Tabletop prone to smudging and needs frequent wipe downs - Directions don't explain how to attach connecting clips clearly - Fabric doesn't feel extremely high end or luxurious Overall, I'm very happy with the look, comfort, and quality of this affordable Devoko patio set. The assembly was quick and the materials feel like they will hold up well over time. I had to DIY some improvements to the back cushions and I wish the fabric was less slick. But those are easy fixes. The flexibility of the modular design is a major plus. For the very reasonable price, this set provides fantastic durability and function. If you want an inexpensive but stylish rattan collection, I would definitely recommend this Devoko set for maximizing your enjoyment of an outdoor space for the price tag. I love my unit! The assembly was a pain due to so many hex bolts which I detest, nevertheless it was worth it! Several pieces arrived damaged. I believe this was due to shipping and not a vendor quality control issue. Reaching out to the vendor for replacement pieces was easy. They are attentive and took care of replacements and missing bolts. Awesome customer service! The seat cushions feel sturdy. The Velcro works to help cushions in place. I am short, and my husband is average height so no complaints as far as it sitting low, as others have complained about. For us, it’s perfect! Our unit sits under a soft top canopy. I did apply Scotchgard to all cushions to ensure water does not deep through. No issues thus far. I will need to figure out a way of keeping stray cats from the sofa, as it’s driving me crazy to find cat hairs and foot prints on them! At the moment, the temporary fix has been to slant the sofa pieces in an angle to prevent cats from getting on them when the unit is not in use. I paired the sofa with a rectangular fire pit table (Best Choice) and it’s simply awesome. I use the table included with the sofa as a side table. ... show more
