The price to quality ratio is fine. It's certainly a better value than the Lowe's / Home Depot / Big Lot's, coming it at comparable quality for half the cost at $560 shipped. The assembly is better than most flat-pack furniture I've bought in the past year but has some flaws. - In order to build the "L Shape" section shown in the photo, you use plastic "C Clamp" that you have to leverage onto the frame. I found it impossible to do even using clamps. I had to zip-tie the sections together to then leverage them on. Of note, the instructions recommended you "soften them with hot water" which I attempted but was of no help whatsoever. - The left and right "arm chair" are assembled such that the bolts are visibly from the outside of the unit in the large seams. - The left and right "arm chair" necessitated using clamps to hold things in good alignment while installing the nuts and bolts. Without them, the unit turned out lopsided the first time. - Personally, would have preferred a hex-head bolt instead of an alley-key, or a bolt featuring both. Would have drastically reduced the hassle. That said, the hardware was individually bagged per-chair. The chair parts were very neatly labelled such that it was a breeze to locate all of the parts. The instruction booklet is well written and drawn. Once you've built the first chair the rest were intuitive. The kit also comes with a generous amount of spare hardware, including spare wicker material with helpful instructions. I suppose I one use the spare wicker material to mask the visible bolts on the end / arm chairs. Of note, the instructions recommend that the cushions be removed before any rain. As such, you should either purchase a nice deck storage bin or a cover for the sectional in conjunction with the furniture itself. Lastly, as others have said, use the Amazon feature to contact the seller for all three (3) tracking numbers. I requested mine and received a response in about twelve (12) hours. In my case, the item shipped from outside of Savannah, GA and were received in under three (3) days in Upstate South Carolina.

They are comfortable and I love how I can always rearrange the seating. I purchased the 12 piece set, the first picture is without the tables and the second picture is with table. I’m so glad they fit in my 11’ x 11’ gazebo without feeling congested.

I am OBSESSED with this furniture set. It took my 13-year-old son and I about 2.5 hours to put together (and I know this because we listened to Hamilton once through). Assembly was tedious but easy once we figured out what the diagrams were showing us. Very IKEA-esque. Anyway, the set is sturdy, beautiful, and most importantly comfortable! I’m thrilled and simply cannot wait to read and nap on it when the weather is finally consistently warmer! Note: It shipped in three boxes but we only received tracking info for the first; however, when I reached out to the company about it, they immediately sent me the tracking info for the other two boxes which arrived one day after the first one, anyway.

Buy this!!!!! It is sturdy, well made, and nice big cushions. A third of the cost of the others I was looking at on wayfair. Seller is amazing. A little tedious to put together, but well worth it!!!!
