I bought this bike because it was the cheapest disc brake mountain bike that was a 24". All the clamp brake bikes have a flimsy bracket that bends pretty easily. I felt it was worth upgrading the brakes and this bike seems to work. It came in early and was easy enough to assembly. The front disc brake does have a small wobble in it when spinning but it does not seem to effect the braking. It does not rub when spinning after adjusting the front wheel a bit. They have several video guides that were helpful but I would not expect any other support. The bike is made in China but I did not see any defects. My bike was delivered well packaged and had no missing parts. It came mostly together so assembly wasn’t a headache. I’m happy with the stability of the bike and quality of the materials. Just as good if not better than what I looked at in the big box store. The kickstand is sturdy and works great, poor kickstands are a pet peeve of mine. It’s great for casual riding, hauling the kids in the bike trailer, or even getting some good exercise. Pretty good bike for the money. Front shocks work well. Because of my back problems, I did replace the seat and jandle bars so I could sit upright more. If you don't have baxk issues, it will be fine, the disk breaks are nice.

Bike works well and was fairly easy to assemble. I did need to look at the video twice but it was easy once I did so. So far the bike works well for my 12 year old riding on dirt trails and roads.

So far, after installing assembling the bike. Looks good. Gears look good and working, i didn't ride it yet. Brakes look good, after adjusting them. I like working on things so it was good, only 1 downside and one of the wrenches broke while trying to open the screws on the handlebar, very weak and low quality. The media could not be loaded. It came without a improperly drilled left pedal. After bike mechanic brought it back it was hard pedaling it and seat was hard as made from cheap materials. A thrift store bicycle in town is more comfortable and rideable than this one. I am going going to only use it for short distances of 300 yds or just a few blocks. Cannot buy from this company again...I'm hoping a bike thief takes it off my hands ... show more
