I use on my foot that was previously broken 5 years ago. When weather changes or I don't wear proper shoes my foot is in pain. I wrap with KT tape to help support. I do love the KT tape. I even got the pink polka dot to be trendy. Worked great on my knees. Followed the video in the directions. They go a little fast but kept rewinding. Now I need on my hand. I tried to move a heavy box and throbbing since Feb. 2022. Of course I should see a Dr. She did send me for an X-ray. Noted degenerative changes. Don’t know how since nothing to compare to. Need specialist now. So I followed directions and when I wash my hands. I only get the fingers on that hand. In an hour or so the tape starts coming up as seen in picture. The other side is fine. Maybe it’s because it is my dominant hand. Feels much better since using the tape. But changing strips once or twice a day. Maybe just should try taping the top only. But, not water resistant. Soaks in moisture and loosens tape. Still my favorite. Feels like wearing a brace. It’s amazing. Just have to order too soon and expensive. So, my stars above are only related to the hand.
