I bought this faucet in October 2021 and have had it installed for about 14 months now. It works beautifully and hasn't had any leaks. I really like the long pull out sprayer that reaches all corners of my double sink. It has good pressure and washes all the large food particles down into my waste disposal unit. The only knock on this faucet is that the sprayer head is all plastic and therefore more prone to wear and tear. As a matter of fact, the plastic switch on the spray head that controls the flow broke off a couple of weeks ago. After removing and disassembling the spray head, it was pretty obvious that this was the first part that was going to break since it's only connected by thin pegs that fit in holes. I called Kraus to open a warranty claim, and after sending them photos of the Amazon order, the broken button, and the tag from the cold water line, they sent me a replacement spray head within a few days, postpaid. Bought this item to update my kitchen faucet. Was looking for one with a nice modern design. After researching many of the various products in the marketplace, even purchasing and testing a few, decided on this product due to its positives. Pros - In addition to having a nice modern elegant design, it is also stylish and of sturdy industrial look and quality (metal not plastic). Hoses are already attached at the faucet end. Not like others with separate hose attachment deep inside the faucet hardware (challenges …. with future leaks). The installation process was very easy and simple. Took 20 mins once the old single hole faucet was removed. No adapters needed. The unit is at the correct height with decent water pressure. The hose can be pulled and conveniently extended to all areas of the sink for use. My wife loves it. Cons - Had to cut a small piece out of my window sill to accommodate this unit. It was easy to install and has been working great for almost two years, suddenly yesterday there was a complete loss of water pressure on the hot water side it's like it just opens the valve but it cannot regulate to any higher pressure when going fully open, there is no issue on the cold water side, i will be contacting the manufacturer, they offer a limited lifetime warranty. Customer service resolved my issue to my satisfaction, the supply line has a screen filter and debris had accumulated there and restricted my water flow. ... show more

Bought this faucet on Nov 3 2022 for $127.46 (did not show that it was discounted at time that time). It's ok for the price - looks good and not horribly expensive. A bit lightweight, so not what I would choose for my home, but a very good look and price point for a vacation rental. Went back today (Jan 11) to buy a second and find that is is now listed as: -15% mark down to $169.95; List Price: $199.95 So I checked and found that I can buy locally at Lowes or on build.com for $169 or less; home depot has for $149 ... show more

If that got your attention, I'll explain: It stays securely in its dock spot, can extend without removing to rinse items or sink. It also comes out of its dock if even greater flexibility is required For example, if you have a large stock pot, this faucet/sprayer will extend to fill or rinse the pot on the counter, as well as in the sink. Easy install. Looks great. Spray head is a nice feature. Does swivel left and right quite freely so returning the spray head to the holder can be a challenge! It did have a slow drip when first installed. Emailed Kraus and the sent me a new cartridge. Easy to fix. All good now.

I bought this faucet to replace a 10 year old faucet that was flowing at 25% of normal. It was a commercial Krause faucet that was 24" high. After replacing the tubing, shutoff valves and taking apart the old faucet to find a calcium cake in it, I bought this faucet. I was looking for a mid-tier brand (Kraus fits that), has an extendable hose (checks that as well), plus is a single hold faucet (another check). I wanted black to closer match the appliances. The KPF-1610MB (its the old-school one sans handless sensor) fits my requirements. Youtube installation video was a breeze to do myself. The flow was back to normal, but having a plastic end on the hose does feel cheap. The hose, handle, base and holder-arm are all metal. Under the sink, the hoses have a plastic mesh covering the flexible tubing (which I assume is plastic). The removable handle is easy to use, and easy to move. It also sucks the hose back under the sink, due to the huge hose weight under the sink. Overall, this was a great value. It does the job I want without being a $400 faucet. It looks nice and it is easy to work on.... if you know the assembly sequence. ... show more
