For those reviewers complaining that these are not blackout curtains - you’re right! They’re not supposed to be blackout curtains! Nowhere does it claim they are blackout curtains! These are ROOM DARKENING curtains. Look at the second photo in the listing. It shows you that there are 4 levels of curtains - light filtering, room darkening, blackout, and 100% blackout. See the gold border around “room darkening”? It tells you what level these curtains are. So, for those of you looking for “room darkening” curtains - these are great! The curtains I got did not have grommets. They go on a regular curtain rod but i'm okay with that. I've never had blackout curtains before but I thought they blocked out all the light. These do not. The picture I uploaded on the left was taken during the daytime. The picture on the right at 11pm. My apt complex put up LED lighting that is brighter than daylight so I ordered these curtains. Not as dark as I expected but they do help me sleep better. WIN! ... show more
