The box was beaten up/torn when it was delivered, but thankfully, the contents were not damaged. The compact size of this set was perfect for the limited space on our cabin porch. It was a challenge to put together by myself as some of the panels and holes didn't line up...I had to take apart, reassemble a few sections on each chair and fight to make it fit, which was frustrating and time consuming. In the end, One chair was level, but the legs on the other chair were not level to one another so adjustments had to be made and I will likely need a cap/shim. However, the step-by-step instructions were easy to follow once I was able to see the labeled letters on all parts and line them up. They provide an Allen wrench with all the various sizes of hex socket screws, which sorted and well labeled in different packages. The chairs look good, are comfortable and a good value. Because the connecting holes were not lined up on all the sections which is evidence of quality control issues, I couldn't give it 5 stars, but I still am pleased with the purchase and happy to give it 4 stars.

Just as described, perhaps a bit difficult to put together if you don’t read the instructions when screwing in 50% and then 100%. You’ll know what I am referring to when you get it. But it can take 2-4 hours to put the entire thing together. Lots of screws and in the proper way. The look is just perfect for my needs and if you don’t have children rough housing on them. I say this because there are open ended wefts in places. Probably should seal with some glue or something but not an immediate concern. Pillows are a very nice color and super soft. I didn’t feel like they skimped with the amount of cushion. But I like how they can be removed and swapped with another type that you prefer to decorate with. I am happy with my order and for the price.

This is one of the most comfortable patio furniture sets I have ever gotten for my backyard, the cushion in the back support well when I am resting, many of them in the markets don’t come with any cushions, so it would make the sitting unpleasant after a few minutes, but instead, I sat in that almost 2 hours with my phone relaxing. The built was straight forward although it did take me an hour to assemble everything, but once you have secured all the parts, it just become very durable, it doesn’t even move at all. Highly recommended if you enjoy sitting outside to rest of the afternoon, it’s built for lazy people to enjoy!
