I purchased these dental finger wipes to use with my 12-week-old puppy, as her mouth is tiny, teeth are razor sharp, and I need to get her accustomed to having people fiddle with her mouth. She is in her puppy teething phase and seems to enjoy having her teeth and gums massaged with these wipes. She seems to like the flavor, and will allow me to rub the inside of her mouth for long periods. An added bonus for me is that they protect my finger from her dagger-like teeth when she tries to chomp on it, as puppies will do. I have an average size hand for a woman, so they fit my index finger well. Not sure that they would work well for larger hands though. Both sides are the same "pearl pattern" (some dental wipes are double sided with one rougher side made from plastic "nanoparticles" No thank you!) I feel confident using them with my puppy because they contain gentle natural ingredients (water, glycerin, chamomile extract, coconut oil, vitamin-e). The price is about half of most other similar products, so I'm purchasing a stash of them for later use. Had never heard of dental wipes for animals before. It's a game changer in canine oral hygiene!

We've got a dog with some pretty bad breath. We've tried brushing her teeth with all the different kinds of brushes designed for dogs. Her little mouth just couldn't handle it. These have changed all that. They're easy to use and she lets us into her mouth since it's only a finger. And I think she actually likes the taste. We haven't been as consistent as we should, but when we do use them they definitely get gunk off. I think the more we use them the better her mouth will get.

My dog was very interested in the scent of these wipes. I was really happy about that and thought she would be cooperative since she liked it. Pretty much all the products I’ve used for teeth cleaning, she has hated. This is the only product she didn’t mind! She hates getting her teeth cleaned but she didn’t trying to run and hide and she didn’t gag at all (like she normally does). She has a bit of tartar buildup starting. The wipes did a great job of cleaning her teeth, but didn’t do much for the tartar (yet). I will continue to use them and see if they actually remove it; and I will update my review if it does. I would use these forever, just based on the results of how clean her teeth were. Highly recommend!

I was advised by my vet to start brushing my Shih mix's teeth. These are the first types of dental care I've tried and he actually loves them... they don't have a scent so I can't imagine they have a taste but he gets pretty pumped to have his teeth brushed. I keep them next to the couch to do while we're watching TV a few nights a week. I think if it was up to that little weirdo he would have it done 3x a day!

Our dogs have gotten too old to go under anesthesia for dental work so we are doing what we can manually to keep their teeth clean. These work pretty well for surface cleaning. The instructions say to let the dog lick it. Our dogs have no desire to lick them. They come out of their mouths with food and tartar on them so it is getting something off. How much is coming off is impossible to determine with our dogs. You need to know your dog. Ours are all under 20lbs and we have been taking things out of their mouths (stuff that they think they should chew on but we disagree!) since they were first brought home. I would not try to use these on a dog that will clamp down on your fingers.

I decided to try this product because my little dog hates having her teeth brushed but she gets some serious "doggy" breath. This product is a bit difficult to get onto my index finger, and once it's on...I can't turn it around to use the back side because it's too snug on my finger. I have a medium-sized woman's hand (palm is 3") so if you have a large hand...this product won't fit your fingers. These finger wipes don't have any detectable scent so they don't aid in removing doggy breath odors.

I ordered these Dental Care Finger Wipes for my Cats so I and the Cats can get used to Cleaning their Teeth. The Kit arrived well-packaged and in good Condition. The Finger Cover fits well. It’s getting the Cats to open and keeping their Mouths open to show me their Teeth is tricky. But I like the Idea; and we’ll keep practicing until we get there.
