This little torch lighter packs quite a punch. The price is great and you get a great quality feeling product. It feels good in your hand not too late wait and the flame is not too thin and not too thick. When you feel it at last quite a while and it's easy to fail they send you the tips you need to do it. It comes in a nice little box so if you're giving it for a gift it comes nicely presented. I don't think that it can be beat for the price or at least I'm not looking any further.

First, the negatives- While the product is simple and easy to use, it's hard to tell when you need to refill it until its almost empty. Another small problem is that there's nothing that comes with it to help adjust the flame (which isn't that big a deal its not hard to do with a dime or a paper clip). The lock/safety on it slides around VERY easily, and does NOT stay locked in any place. This is probably my biggest one. The safety will catch as you try to light it sometimes, other times it won't always stay locked right. Not the end of the world, but definitely gets a little annoying after a while. The positives- It's very light weight and looks decent. Great for lighting a number of different things. Simple to use and refill as needed, no complications there at all. Not a lot to be said here. Its a simple lighter that works well. Very solid and very simple.

The safety on the lighter did stop working after a pretty significant accidental drop to the ground but still the lighter itself is working great after at least 10 refills. It’s fairly heavy and well made. I just purchased a 2nd one to gift to a family member. Would definitely recommend. Don’t accidentally cup your hand like you would with a regular lighter. Habit led to me doing this and it didn’t take long for the heat to cause a nasty burn. So, don’t be me… hehe.

Easy to use. Powerful and hot flame. I use it primarily to light the woodstove and the occasional cigar. After the 1st refill, the lighter was having issues with lighting. A small + adjustment on the flame fixed the problem. FYI- If using at full + flame, be careful as the flame does not entirely turn off immediately (1-2 seconds) and can result in burning whatever the lighter is pointed at.

Subpar from the beginning. Didn't use more than 20 times and it became more difficult to liight. Tried adjusting the flame (as directed). Also, I bleed the unit as directed and started over again after waiting an hour for new butane placed in tank. Same results but then start adding the flame wouldn't go out (when I got it lit) when the trigger was released. UNSAFE!! Only thing that seemed to work there is to shake it rapidly. Wanted to like it because it look so darned cool. Returned!!

It's an ok item. Very well packaged for a gift. Very heavy and substantial which suggests a nicely made lighter, but that's a bit deceiving. Flame stays on longer than when you flick it off so there is harm potential there. Also doesn't work consistently. It's serviceable, but I'm a bit disappointed with this purchase.
