I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. $500 piece of crap. Had it for 3 years and everything on it is currently leaking. I’ve replaced the cartridge on it twice now and am staring down the barrel of a third replacement. Oh - but surprise, surprise the screw to take it apart is stripped now bc I’ve had to replace it so many times that I can’t even replace the cartridge again. Cool cool cool. And the pull down faucet head gasket leaks so I can’t put that up correctly anymore either or else it leaks all over my kitchen counter. This faucet sucks. ... show more

High quality and high design. It pairs well with the Kohler Purist soap dispenser and Kohler Contemporary pot filler. Water marks are minimal and clean off with the wipe of a microfiber. The high arch and full rotation left to right work well with the wide sink. The spray nozzle doesn't snap back as quickly as I'd like but maybe an adjustment to the weight might fix that. 2 months ago I bought this faucet to replace a Grohe unit that never worked very well especially at low pressure where the spay feature would not stay on at low pressure. The K-22972 Crue is extremely well made with heavy chrome and the high-tech design is, to me, perfect. The spray rocker button is solid with the spray stream staying strong even at low pressure and flow until it is manually switched off. The magnetic pull down faucet head snaps solidly into place and stays there. Easy to install and a pleasure to use. Good job Kohler! ... show more
