I bought these lights to put inside clear plastic christmas tree balls to hang on a green giant evergreen which I can no longer reach the very top of to string lights properly. It's a beautiful tree and in line with all of the trees I decorate so I did not want to leave it dark this year. I am not disappointed. I figured if I could get 100 hours out of the lights I could put them up a few days before Christmas. BUT I made an ornament exactly one week ago today, turned on the light and now I am on day 7 of continuous burning. These lights which I also bought in white and green are amazing! My test light is a red one. Great product. Well packaged. Great price. I highly recommend these for whatever you may need them for. ****** I will update how many days (hours) my test light actually lasted. However I am very impressed with it already. UPDATE: The light I tested lasted 10 good days (240 hours) before it started to lose its brightness on day 11. It remained lit for 2 more full days but continued to lose its vibrancy until it finally stopped flickering a few minutes ago.
