The media could not be loaded. I bought 10 box's of these red and white steady lights and used them on my whole house and along the driveway I only had one issue with 1 set where half of the lights were out but I figured out the light that was bad and changed it with the spares they come with and it could of been something I did that caused those lights to malfunction but anyways they are durable lights, very bright and I will be buying more eventually. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For years, the seasonal debate in our house was white vs colored lights. I purchased this product in the hopes that it would put the argument to rest. We bought enough for two trees. Three packages for one 10 foot tree. I was a little concerned at first opening because each strand required its own remote control. But, this product designer has thought of everything and the lights can be easily strung together with snap in and screw tight connectors. The proximal end of each strand can either be traditional standard plug or removed to reveal the plug in mini connector. This allows the entire strand to be controlled with one remote. Oh, and all remotes work with all lights so if you should lose a remote and you purchased more than one box, you have plenty of spares. The different light options are fantastic. Our favorite is the alternating slow transition from white to colored and back again (option 9). My wife who does not like colored lights said it’s her favorite setting as well!! Some things to keep in mind. As with all LED lights, there is subtle fast flicker but ONLY when you are up close like when you plug them in the box when you first get them. But there is NO noticing this after a couple minutes and when they are in your tree. I included a video of setting 9 and a close up of the strand to strand connectors. ... show more

i loved these lights looked awesome hanging on my wall ,very purple and bright the only reason i did not give 5 stars is . i have not used these lights that much maybe 100 hours , and i had a portion of the lights go out on one string . and if one goes out about 25 lights go out with them and to get one out of the socket is very difficult to get out with out breaking the outer glass and just by looking at the light to see if it is broken or darker to see if it is bad is impossible .well to me it was, i finally used pliers to get the bulbs out of the socket but still ended up breaking two more bulbs and i did not have but the two that comes with the package . tried changing fusses before i started changing bulbs . so i could rule the fusses out .so never did get that string going again .my only complaint would be that if a bulb goes out , that just that bulb goes out and not 25 more goes out with it . because it is a pain to change one bulb at a time to find the bad one. i probably will buy more and buy one just for the replacement bulbs . ... show more

    • Nice lights when they work but lots of quality issues

Bought one box to see if the light matched the warm white light of other led Christmas lights I use outside (which have lasted me for 10 years but unfortunately are no longer manufactured). They matched great and the light is a very nice warm white light. As a result I bought 10 more boxes. Unfortunately, there are serious quality control issues with the product. The plastic shell that goes over the light pops out very easy (just unwrapping the lights to put them up caused 10 or more of the tops to pop off of each string. They are easy enough to put back on but its annoying to have to make sure that the shells stay are on (more popped out as I wrapped my trees with them). After putting the lights up outside portions of three of the strings dimmed after only 2 days (there are 2 strings per box). At the start the portions were only slightly dim but by the end, the portions were essentially completely dark. I replaced portions of the lights in those portions trying to determine the problem but nothing worked. After a week, another 3 more sections were out. By the end of four weeks about half of the strings had a defective portion. I would not recommend this product! ... show more
