I ordered 3 sets of 100ft light for my kids. 2/3 sets worked fine but the 3rd set came broken. The set has 2 50ft rolls- half the second roll didn’t work 3/4 of the way. I didn’t realize this until AFTER I had installed it. Amazon doesn’t offer replacements and expects me to uninstall the entire thing (even the working roll) and ship the giant sticky mess back to them in hopes of MAYBE getting a refund eventually. I understand that it’s only $15 but the customer service aspect of this is insane. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a defective product. Also just to add- the rolls do not connect. I’ve bought led lights in the past- usually when multiple rolls come they are connectable- these are not. You have to start from the power strip and it makes it difficult to make any sort of design. These look great in my daughter's room. The adhesive sticks well, but I can also tell that it won't be difficult or damaging to remove at a later time. The color selections are great, you just need to have the remote very close to the base to work. It comes with two very long strips, but my only complaint is that the strips do not connect together, they both need to be plugged into the base. ... show more

Update- seller contacted me to give me the option of a refund or new product, I went with the new product to give it another shot and they promptly shipped me a new set of lights and they work great now!! We hung up on wall and completely happy!! Thank You for your great customer support/ service! We will buy this again! Strip has a short in it, when plugged in for the first time it shocked us. I purchased for a Christmas gift for my son and we just got his room arranged and was going to hang these up but they are not working. When we plugged it is it also shocked me. Overall disappointed in these, bought 2 sets for my kids room. One set didn't stick well to my walls and I ended up draping them over shelves. My 11 year old hung up her own and they ended up breaking very easily. They're very bright and have different light settings.
