They work nice they are bright and work great with alexa it was hard to pair because the instructions probably are not for this lights or just for my because I have to find a video the how to do it and was very different as the pappers the bring the product I have to disconnect the power supply from the white box three times and that work for the wifi pair ... show more

So initially, I followed, the process on the instructions with my lights wouldn’t rapidly blink in order for me to link with the app. So I returned the lights without speaking with the seller. Unbeknownst to me, my husband had purchased the exact one and we had the same issue. I contacted the seller and I was given a different way to pair the LED lights that’s not listed in the manual. The lights are great, we love them. Why 3 stars? Product support, or the lack there of. We had a big lightening storm roll through earlier this year I think there was a surge that took out the lights. I don't know if the entire strip went down, or just the plugs. I can't get anyone from support to get back with me. I've been trying for well over a month. Now time changed and it's dark and we need the lights. I shudder at the thought of ripping them off the wall and replacing them. Does anyone know how to get ahold of product support, or how to get replacement parts? ... show more

These lights look very nice, they stick pretty well on a clean smooth surface. They have a lot of colors, but no chasing or twinking scenes. We really like that there are three ways to control them - the remote, the phone app, and with Alexa or Google Home. We have Alexa, and it was a bit iffy at first. They need to be setup first in the Tuya app, and then linked to the Alexa app. It was bit tricky, the first time I linked them Alexa saw the lights but would not control them. Had to delete them, re-add them to our 2.4 Ghz only network, and then they linked and Alexa was able to control them. One small glitch, they don't work inside a group. Mine are in the Alexa group 'Mood lights' and the other devices work, but these don't. They only work with their own name, which I called 'Night lights', and they work fine that way. But these Night lights are in the 'Mood lights' group and they will not turn on/off with the rest of the lights in that group. Not a show stopper by any means, the lights overall look great and that they work with Alexa at this price point is a good deal. ... show more
