    • Tight fit, but works great
Just as other posts say, these adapters won't fit side by side due to their size unless you turn one some. After all, you are trying to put two 0 gauge wires where two 4 gauge wires normally go. If it looks like the adapters will rub/touch I suggest using the plastic piece that comes inside one of the adapters to act as a barrier. Just split it down the middle to make a flat piece and sandwich it between the two adapters. The shaft of the adapter has a flat spot on one side so that the port's screw can have a more secure hold. These are nice. Just a heads up though. I was planning on running 0 gauge into a power distribution block with one 0 gauge input and two 4 gauge outputs and the pins on these are no long enough to go into the block and be grabbed by the screw. The pins are also quite large if you amp has a smaller gauge input. I am just going to use them for my grounds so I just ordered some Knukonceptz ofc 4 gauge for the power wires. The good simple design but works great these say they're for 0ga wire but oversize 0ga will work currently using 0ga welding cable an have plenty of space left for larger wire Not the bad they didn't fit so i had to dremal the sides down just a little bit not much

The offset design allowed + positive and - negative to remain side by side installed safely in a JL 500.1 amp. Unlike many of the reviews I thought the heat shrink did it's job quite well . I used a MAPP gas torch to heat the shrink and it indeed shrunk right down to the cable . Cable used was KnuKonceptz 0 gauge amp kit and the heavy 0 ga fit well in the reducer housing . Allen screw provided secured the cable tightly to the reducer . ... show more

    • Stop your wires from coming undone from an amp with these.
I love these reducers.. It hold a true 0 guage wire and made really solid.. I gave 4 stars because it didnt come with allen key but no big deal as i have tons.. Overall well built solid pieces and love they come with heat shrink. I run 4k amp with 0 guage and the 0 doesnt fit me amp so i ordered these and they work great ... show more
