Edited: Initially disappointed with product when it broke after one use, but company replaced item, even though it was after the return date. Very prompt customer service! Because of this I’ve changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. The new string of lights is working fine! (Original review before light was replaced- Item says it is waterproof and suitable for outdoor use After only one time lighting them outside, we went to light them a second time and the entire string will no longer light. Very disappointed with this product)

The light functionality itself is perfectly fine — brightness, color, and overall quality are exactly what I expected. The major issue is how the 403-foot light string is packaged and wound. Instead of being on a reel, the lights are folded into tight 6-inch sections and then bound every ~100 feet with twist ties. This creates three large, awkward bundles plus a loose section, which makes installation extremely difficult. If you were just doing straight runs or loosely wrapping a tree, it might be manageable — but still frustrating. In my case, I was wrapping the lights around deck handrails and posts, and it was almost impossible to work with. It took hours longer than necessary simply because the lights could not be fed smoothly. You’re forced to constantly fight the bundles, untwist sections, and hold multiple heavy coils at once. To make matters worse, while installing the lights tore three separate times, purely because of the tension and twisting caused by the way they are bundled. After repairing the breaks, the strand no longer works at all. This wasn’t due to misuse — it was directly caused by the packaging method putting stress on the wiring. Bottom line: these lights desperately need to be sold on a reel. The current folding and tie-up method not only makes installation unnecessarily difficult, but it also causes the lights to tear and fail. Because of this, I can’t recommend them despite the lights themselves being good

I bought two of these, a total of 2000 lights for my garden, and I liked them, but unfortunately, one of the lights didn't have its protective covering, which caused a short circuit. I covered it with electrical tape and fixed the problem, but I think it's important to mention it so that if the same thing happens to you, you can check them one by one.

I love how long they are and that there are different patterns they can flash. I wish I had not lost the remote that goes with them as the remotes are not universal between other sets. I do have the remote for the other set I have.

A new home means new Christmas decorations! We had a mishmash of a bunch of different types sizes and colors of lights and wanted to streamline things this year so I started with this single strand of 400 feet of LED Lights. I liked that these had the option of multicolored or warm white.There are also other color options available, including cool white. They're lightweight and package up compactly. They are very easy to set up and easy to program to my preferred setting, with several options for different color combinations and on/off/fade patterns. I currently have them scheduled to come on around dusk and stay on fire 6 hours, then turn off the remainder of the day so once I set them up, I don't have to mess with them again.
