Very bright! Come with different modes which I love having the remote for. It can also be changed manually. The white lights are easy on the eyes being that they're so small. 403ft is a LOT of lights. Like more than I anticipated. I used them to line the edges of my living and dining rooms, and still had an insane amount of wire left, so I just zig-zagged it across my ceiling a bunch which actually turned out looking really cool. I have no idea whether or not they are weather proof, mine are inside not outside. The remote needs to be kind of close to the plug, and you have to push down kind of hard on the buttons to make the lights change. I can't say that I really like any of the flash patterns though all of the flash patterns are "green+yellow" flash "red-blue" and thats across the entire strip, it's all just different time intervals. option 8 is the only 4color stationary setting. But that's also exactly what I wanted, 4color stationary, so for me it's perfect. ... show more

I bought these to put on my Christmas trees. I loved the idea of getting to change the colors and modes. I was so impressed with how wonderful these lights were. First off, there are so many. I ordered two strands and used them for two different trees in my house. They were beautiful. I only needed one strand per tree which was so wonderful. Some nights I had my trees white and some nights they were changing. It was great. Whatever mood I was in, I hit that mode on the remote and the trees were beautiful. They are also light weight, so when I put them on my real tree, they didn't weigh down the limbs. Would definitely buy these again!! ... show more

My Updated review - turns out it was one wire that was severed. Once I soldered/repaired the wire , the whole chain works again. I think the mailman was the culprit so please do walk over the cables with steel cleats. So the product is pretty good, the LEDs are so so bright, but it does look nice at night. Cable management is a must. Take care in unwrapping the cables as it can get tangled easily. My original review - For the first season, it worked well. I set it to multicolor mode and wrapped it around my tree and it was nice. However, for the 2nd season, it worked for a bit and then stopped working. As best as I can tell, the transformer seems fine but the whole chain of light just does not work. It may be a snapped/loose cable but very hard to find out until I take down the lights. As compared to my other "non smart" led lights which has lasted for over 10 seasons, these lights are not worth the money or time. ... show more

Used to light my tree. The remote is bad. Range is maybe 4 foot and if you have multiple strands it won’t change them both at the same time. One remote does work for both stands however it takes several clicks to get them and may not work right still. It has a button above the plug to change the modes so you can work around that. It’s aggravating I have to go out and push the button every night to get the correct mode. I would have programmed the modes opposite than the way they are. So instead of cycling through all the modes first, I would have had the steady mode first. That would have solved the remote issue for me too. Overall I’m glad I got it on sale bc I wouldn’t pay full price for this. Lights are beautiful though! They are Very bright, it has rained and with no plug protector they are still working fine. Will definitely put them on the tree closer to the house next year though. Will get different ones for the tree it’s on now. ... show more

This was a super long strand that was perfect and exactly what we needed. This was great, as they were super long and allowed us plenty of room and slack for a project we were working on. The lights shine bright and come with a remote that allows you to adjust the setting to your specific needs.

This was a replacement for original order where the lights would only flash upon plugging in and the remote wouldn’t work at all (hence 2 stars) even with new battery. I’ve spent this evening removing all our Christmas tree’s ornaments to remove the replacement lights, as the cord snapped. These fairy lights are beautiful (5 stars), but cord is quite visible when lights are off (2 stars) and EXTREMELY DELICATE. It can’t help that this cord has clearly been repaired, and/or two cords spliced and glued together, then covered in clear tubing. Maybe this is why the cord snapped 24 hours after we decorated the tree (which had to be done days after intended waiting for this replacement)? Please don’t tell me repaired “SECONDS” are being sold as “NEW?” Now I need new lights when stores are low across the nation. Never had a two-times-over naked Christmas tree. Ever. 1 star overall. No amount of 24 hour beauty has been worth this frustration twice over. ... show more
