My knee and ankle locked up from surgery. This equipment has me exercising all day, during TV commercials, only as much as I can do. My knee is slowly bending and my thigh muscle is getting stronger. Recommend!

I purchased this for my post total knee replacement therapy. however, I was not impressed with this item. The footpad was very small and the Velcro foot strap was far too small for my foot. The elastic band adjustments D rings were cumbersome and inconvenient. It was impractical to change distances, I found simple flat elastic bands, and a fraction of the cost, were far more effective.

I could not imagine not having this strap while going through total knee recovery. The physical therapy exercises were challenging and tough, but this product made it much easier and less painful. The strap's foot holder provided comfort and stability. The rubber band/strap is very durable and allows me to control the right amount of pressure/tension I need to apply for each exercise. The handles are sturdy and comfortable. A GREAT product!

This belt is stretchy which makes it ineffective while trying to bend the knee as much as possible. Don't waste your money. You will probably be disappointed. I returned mine.
