I purchased this for use in our office break area. It is used by six people throughout the day. First ice in under ten minutes but the ice come with a catch. The center is follow which is my the ice is made so fast, but that means it melts faster than solid ice. That quirk aside, it appears well made. My only concern is with the lift mechanism. Does a good job, but I am concerned that it will break. However, I purchased the inexpensive one year warranty, if it breaks, I am inconvenienced but covered. If it make more ice than is used, we store the excess in a small plastic tub in our freezer.

The machine was nice and quiet. The only thing I don't like only thing I didn't care for was you had to add Water a lot. Made great ice. Just a little small.

Makes the "good ice" pretty quickly. Downsides are that it's kinda noisy and the reservoir is smaller than our old machine. The noise is easy to ignore once you get used to it and I don't mind filling it up more often because that means my ice is fresh

Very nice ice maker. I love the ice. The only problem is when the ice is ready to fill the tray, the ice will pile up at the dispenser and the machine registers the ice as full. You have to scrape the ice off the wall to the tray

Makes ice quickly! I turn it on when I make coffee in The morning and in less than 90min i have enough ice to fill a large Stanley thermos. My husband can also make his shakes and likes using this ice in the blender as it’s similar to the “ice chips” they have at the hospital.

I haven’t been back to get a cup of ice from Chik Fil A since it got it! Although it doesn’t mitigate the ice addiction lol! I love this machine. It’s not exactly like Chik fil a ice, but it is nugget ice.
