I bought this for my grandmother and it worked amazing for the first 6 months; however, it randomly stopped working after 6 months. I think it’s a great product. It makes ice quick, it’s not loud, very easy to use. My only concern was that it stopped working within having it a year; however, the customer service was very nice helpful and they’re sending a replacement at no cost. My grandmother uses this everyday and was so disappointed when it stopped working, but the customer service gave zero hassle. Would 100% recommend given the fact the product is amazing and the customer service is also amazing.

Was making really terrible noises. My boyfriend tried to find what was wrong, deep cleaned it and was still making noises. Stopped working all together. I would not get this ice maker. Not the best choice.

The media could not be loaded. If you LOVE eating crushed ice or just prefer this type of ice with your cocktails or sodas, BUY this ice machine!! It’s so simple and lightning fast. The size is perfect for your kitchen countertop. It looks beautiful. It’s simple to clean & operate; there’s only 1 button folks. The ice quality is everything you’d want/expect it to be, especially if you’re an iceaholic like me. Yes, I’m that lady who gets an extra cup of ice @ Chick-fil-A, but I no longer need to! It’s quiet, trust me; it may sound loud in the video but I was practically up inside the machine while filming, lol. Added Bonus: IT’S ON SALE! This ice maker has been great. But it unexpectedly stopped working and I’ve only had it for about 6-7 months. Wish I would of done some more research before purchasing.

Update: 1/17/2024 - As this ice maker was out of the warranty (I thought), I didn't even try contacting their customer service department. Their customer service contacted me and resolved my issue quickly. I was so surprised. I didn't realize I had purchased the extended warranty. They offered to replace the ice maker or refund the cost. I chose the refund as we have already purchased a new ice maker. I would give 5 stars for customer service. Bought this in August 2023. I was really excited to get this ice maker - love nugget ice. Worked fine at first - was loud from the get go though. Starting about 3 months after receiving, I noticed that the ice basket had black stains on it and when I went through the clean cycle black flakes would come out. I "googled" what it could be, some said it might be caused by the filter (which you cannot change). I did the clean cycle everyday, used bottled spring water to make ice. The first pic is the inside of the basket, the 2nd is the reservoir where you put the water. I love using nugget ice for my iced tea - I am the only one in my household that uses it - sons drink water or soda from the can/bottle, my husband likes the ice that our freezer make (half moons). The directions said to clean daily with 1 teaspoon of household bleach and 5 cups of water. Did this daily from the get go.

This is a year after purchased review. We love this ice machine. We have had 0 issues since receiving it. It’s easy to use, clean, makes perfect ice nuggets. Only issue with it is that it is a little louder than I’d like when it’s making the ice. But other than that its been great for us.
