UPDATE: the seller saw my review, reached out and did everything to make me happy. Glad I purchased this ice maker. This ice make does what it says it will do, which is no small thing. It does make nugget ice. It's not super quick about it, but it does do it. My two biggest complaints about this are the amount of ice produced and the noise level accompanying that. The basket on this ice make is fairly small. Combine that with the ice maker shutting off when the basket is about 80% full, and you're left with a 'full' basket that would roughly fill up a single large cup. Because these are small nuggets, they can build up by the ice outlet and tell the maker it's full. I don't really see a way around this, other than leveling out the ice in the maker every once in a while. Not a huge deal, but to fill an ice bin in our freezer (which is what we use this for) takes SEVERAL full baskets from this maker. The next issue for me is noise. I saw a few complaints on this when ordering, but am used to noisy ice makers so I didn't expect this to be much different. But this is certainly the loudest ice maker I've had. To the point where we turn it off when in the kitchen, and sometimes even when we're in the family room because this little maker is so loud. It does a fine job, but when this one goes, I'll be looking for a different model when replacing.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted smaller ice but I was hesitant about paying more than double the price. I am so glad I did. We love this. It stays plugged in all the time and is our main source of ice. A couple times a day we dump it in the big bin in our freezer. It works out great. The ice is kept cold by the insulation so it doesn't melt fast like you would think. Its dry and not soaking wet ice either. It does gradually melt and refreese but the ice never sits in water. It is not sonic ice like the description says. It's little triangle like nuggets. They melt a bit faster than sonic ice but I am not disappointed at all. Perfect for eating, we have used in our cooler, also it works good in ice packs too. I posted some pics, and a video showing ice dropping. It constantly drops a piece or 3 and fills up fast. It gets much fuller than what you see in the pics. We emptied the bin and the pic with it backed up and off shows you how it looks in the mornings. If u move the ice around a little it will fill on up. We love it. We use more ice than the average person and this works great for us. Oh, and it makes normal ice maker sounds, no more than the one in our refrigerator made. If you are trying to pick one and struggling with all the different choices we love this one and I've been using it a few weeks now. Every kitchen needs one of these.

I purchased this ice maker in September 2023 and was initially very happy with its performance. It made ice quickly and was easy to use. Unfortunately, around March 2024, it began making a loud whining noise and has since stopped working entirely. This was not expected, especially given that it’s been well taken care of and only used under normal conditions. For a product in this price range, I would have expected it to last much longer. I’m reaching out in hopes that the seller or manufacturer can offer a replacement or solution. In the meantime, I would recommend others consider alternative models with better long-term reliability.

I love my ice machine but the only complaint I have is that it didn't last long. I bought this 5 months ago and it has stopped working. Yesterday it started making this loud clattering noise and it was pretty hot. I turned it off and let it cool off and checked to make sure the water tank was full (which it was) but when I turned it back on, it no longer made ice. I am really disappointed.

The size is perfect for your kitchen countertop. It looks beautiful. It’s simple to clean & operate; there’s only 1 button folks. We loved this ice maker for about 6 months and now it is making an unbearable clicking noise. We have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing is working. It also says full support for a year but I can’t find a way to contact anyone. I would have loved to give this 5 stars but since it didn’t make it a year and I can’t reach out to anyone I am going to have to give it a 3

We have been using this ice machine for 8 months now. I have kept it clean used the self cleaning feature. It starts to make ice quickly. It is a little noisy kicking on and off but when it is on it is relatively quiet. It is a solid A in my book.
