We ordered this to replace an old ptac. With the existing sleeve, install took 5-10 minutes by myself. Packaging was great. Shipped with liftgate on a pallet. It heated a horribly insulated Florida room in minutes with an outdoor temp of roughly 10F. Fairly quiet. Overall, no complaints. So far so good. The handyman I hired to install the unit was able to do so relatively easy. The unit is not too loud, and cools the sunroom to a comfortable temperature. At least so far, but it's only May.

Only issue was with the electric plug and circuit breaker—make sure to review the specks and have the proper connection before you get the unit. It worked well until it didn't. The freon was leaking.inside so not repairable and a defect from manufacturer. It lasted two years so bad purchase.
