The fabric is soft and feels thick. The weight of the chair legs and parts is good: not so light that it feels unsteady/cheap, not so heavy that it's hard to move. The packaging was thick and protective. Everything was clearly labeled with medium/large font. The instructions with pics were very helpful. Assembly of each chair took 10-15 minutes & required no additional tools. The bottom of each seat unzips and held the chair legs, instructions and included screws and Allen wrench. Chair seat height, width, depth measurements are accurate. Back support feels solid. Chair sits evenly on floor once assembled. No wobble. I stored the included instructions and Allen wrench set in each seat compartment.

I was initially hesitant after reading reviews mentioning uneven legs. I purchased eight chairs and only one was slightly wobbly; the rest were perfect. Assembly was quick and easy with just a few screws and snap-on pieces. A second person helps to apply pressure, but it can be done alone by bracing the chair against a wall. The chairs look very luxurious. The microsuede/velvet fabric is beautiful and looks great under lighting. They feel well made and are comfortable—firm but not stiff or cheap-feeling. The $150 shipping cost initially concerned me, but the chairs are well worth it. The seller was great with communication, emailed tracking information, and explained that the chairs ship two per box, which may arrive separately. All four boxes arrived in great condition. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy these chairs again. Highly recommend both the product and the seller.

First, these are truly beautiful chairs. I bought six of them and pleased with every single one. However, these were not easy to put together at all. I see many reviews that say they are easy to assemble but mine weren’t. I have put together lots and lots of furniture over the years including two of these seemingly identical chairs in another color which I also bought on Amazon. So I’m not a novice at this. The other two chairs had a slightly different design inside and I had no trouble but these were tricky. To complicate everything three bolts on one chair and one bolt on another chair randomly required a different hex key. The first instruction is to insert the middle bolt to attach the back of the chair to the seat of the chair. However this bolt is too short to fit the hole until you tighten the two outer bolts and cinch down the frame of the seat to the back of the chair. Then you have to insert the back legs which further help to cinch down the frame and then you can tighten up the middle bolt, which was supposed to go in first. Then you have to continuously tighten each of the seven bolts until they are all tight. Then you turn the chair over to insert the front legs and the frame shifts around and the first 7 bolts need tightening again. When you insert the back legs, there is a one inch slot in the seat which lines up with a one inch slot on the chair back. The slots are covered in black fabric. Beneath the two one inch slots there is a hole to insert the bolt. So you can’t see the hole to line up the bolt and you have a lot of tolerance in the slots to slop around in. You have to break through the black fabric and feel around for the hole through two one inch slots. Which I found very difficult to do for each of the four back leg bolts (two per leg). Also there was an error in my instructions that says to use the size E bolts in the back legs. The size E bolts are for the front legs and the size L bolts (longer) are for the back legs. It took about an hour of messing around per chair so I put them together one a day for six days to minimize my frustration. You would have thought that the sixth one would be the easiest after all that practice but it wasn’t. I put it together and took it apart several times until I could get all the bolts locked in to where they would all tighten at the same time. It took two and half hours of fiddling with it. I put a photo of the middle bolt not reaching the bottom hole. It reaches it after you tighten the other two bolts and the leg bolts but you have to continuously check if it still lines up as you tighten or the bolt will move from over the hole. My chairs do look lovely. No-one’s sat on them yet so let’s hope I managed to get all the bolts tightened up and they don’t break when I have guests over. I think just taking off one star is a generous review since you have to review the whole experience (together will all my broken finger nails and frayed nerves) and not just the finished product. Day six. Last chair assembled. Victory.

These chairs are awesome! The faux leather finish looks like very expensive upholstery. The color of beige & cream is so pretty & matches my table perfectly. The directions were easy to follow & perfect! It took us a few days to put 6 chairs to gether but well worth it. These chairs look so expensive, the studs look perfect! I am so happy that we purchased these chairs thru amazon.!!

I am disappointed with how this chair arrived. Within the first week of purchasing it, I stored the box indoors, but had to throw it away due to it being dirty and soggy from a rainy day, which also came dented, impacting some of the chairs. I ordered six chairs, but four of them arrived broken. Despite the attractive color, it's impossible to enjoy when you can't even sit on it due to the damage. The screw measurements were completely inaccurate, making assembly and disassembly a frustrating ordeal. The seller's response to my concerns has been equally disappointing. When I attempted to arrange a return, they initially agreed despite my lack of the original box. However, when I tried to return the chairs through FedEx, I was informed that I needed to purchase a new box and pay for shipping. The cost quoted for boxes alone was exorbitant, potentially amounting to over $175 for six boxes, which was completely impractical. Furthermore, the seller's suggestion to obtain boxes from a local store and then reimbursing me for the shipping costs upon refund is not a satisfactory solution. This process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller has not provided a viable resolution or shown any willingness to accommodate the return properly. Overall, this purchase has been a waste of time and money. I regret buying these chairs and cannot recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. The combination of poor product quality, inaccurate measurements, uncomfortable, and unhelpful customer service makes this an experience I would rather forget. (I will update this review if something happens.)
