The chairs were received faster than anticipated. They were shipped extremely well, they are very easy to assemble once you understand the instructions. Review them fully first. I found it easiest to leave the plastic on the chair except for the bottom part. (your tools are zippered inside) and then put all four legs in the holes. After that setup the first 8 bolts. (this will make sense when you read it) then put them in all four legs as shown. After that use the smaller bolts to connect the sides. Do the screws last. I was able to use the tools provided but chose a drill on low speed for the screws. They are very comfortable, fashionable and sturdy.

I am pleased with my purchase of these 4 barstools and I highly recommend them. Read other reviews and was a bit hesitant but my experience was positive. Assembly- my boyfriend put them together and he had a little trouble with the first one but it was just time consuming but after the first one was done then the other three were a lot easier. And we scotch guarded them because I don’t know if they have that treatment already or not but he put two light coats on. The Way they look- they are beautiful and look great with my decor. I really think that these barstools will look great with just about any style. They have a modern touch but can be a little classic. The Quality-these are excellent quality and I do believe they will stand the test of time. They are velvet seats with wood legs. I highly recommend anyone looking at these barstools to get them and not wait. They are well worth the money and did not take very long to get shipped to me.

The instructions were a little confusing at my first go. Once I recognize the assembly pattern, it was pretty straightforward. The built quality of these chairs are pretty dang Amazing! I bought chair of big retail stores claiming high quality, nothing compared to the quality of these chairs at a fraction of price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I will be buying more chairs for my dinning table and bar area.

We ordered these chairs. The look good. But did not match our decor. When returning, you have to pay for return shipping. It cost more to return the chairs than i paid for them. Not a good idea. I have never had to pay for return shipping with Amazon. Note to self, do not buy from this seller. You pay for shipping if you return it. Buyer beware.

The chairs arrived in parts but easy to assemble with to extra tools required. Seats are firm and beautiful soft fabric. One chair came with a missing pull ring and had a small area on the side that looked like it was worn. After contacting the seller, who responded immediately, we learned the worn area was normal and they suggested how to mend it with steam. They also sent the extra ring and compensated a small fee for the inconvenience. Thank you to the vendor for accommodating.
