I don’t usually have to change batteries like these very much in the devices I use them in. I mainly got them for my Honda key fobs. The old batteries have run down so it was time for a replacement. These batteries are not much bigger than a button so you have to take special care to hang on to them when putting them in a device. I was please to find these batteries because the five batteries in this blister package cost about a third of the price I would normally pay for five. The blister package they come in has convenient sections so you can tear off one battery at a time and still keep the package in tact. But you still have to cut into the plastic to get a battery out. The product page for these batteries indicates they have a shelf life of up to 10 years. The box they come in states that they have a “5 Years Warranty” and the blister package says “Best before Apr 2028.” So I am not sure how long they keep in storage or last in a device. I tend to think they will hold close to the 3 volts charge for roughly 5 years and then they’ll begin to decline in voltage. I tested one right out of the package and it tested as 3.34 volts. The extra voltage is fine for me as it will have at least 3 volts for a lot longer. These batteries are super easy to install. You position them over the place they go and press them in place. Once I installed them they worked like a champ. They made all of my devices run properly. I think they are a great buy and I think they will last quite a bit longer than ones found at the box store. ... show more

I have two bits of firearm kit that use these batteries. I go through them too often because I forget to turn them off. These fit, worked fine, and I am not sure what else they could do beyond that. The price is certainly attractive. The bad thing about these is that I am very aware they are commonly used in key fobs. So do I go put a fresh one in my wife's fob? ... show more

This is the type of battery (CR1620) that the remote for my selfie-stick uses. It is the exact same size, thickness, and look as the battery that came with the unit. This is a very reasonable price considering there are five batteries in the package. (Our local big box home improvement store charges nearly $4 for a package containing ONE battery of this size.) The package I received says these batteries are best if used before “Apr. 2028” = that is nearly five years from now! I can't comment on how long this battery will perform as I have only been using it a few days, but I will update my review if for some reason it lacks longevity. ... show more
