This mixer is great, has a heavy duty cord and the size is just right. Now if you own a kitchen aid mixer big with stand do not expect super power with this. But the power for this small one is all you need to mix up mashed potatoes, beat eggs for cookies. We love it! Easy to use too.

I have a Kitchenaid stand mixer and have exclusively used that for at least 15 years. This Christmas I needed a second mixer so I wouldn’t be washing constantly. I got this expecting the solid feel of Kitchenaid. This mixer is very lightweight so it feels kind of flimsy to me. It gets the job done, but if it decides there is too much batter in the bowl the batter will climb up the mixer things and get all over the main mixer part. I guess that’s just the way hand held mixers are. It did pretty well with cold butter but again, I’m used to a stand mixer that would mix cement if I wanted it to. The price is right, so if you don’t want to shell out for a stand mixer, or you just need a second one, this is a great one to buy. ... show more

I have a lot of Kitchenaid devices in my house, and have never been disappointed with this brand. I know they're most famous for their stand mixers, but that's not what I needed. This mixer is small but powerful. It's easy to hold, and feels durable. I highly recommend it!
