Beautiful color, works as expected except beware if you’re going from an older Hamilton Beach mixer as I was, since it might not feel as powerful because there’s not as many speeds and it just doesn’t go that fast overall. So far I don’t think this has been a problem unless it explains my homemade mayo fail, but that very well might be all on me so for now I’ll keep the five star rating. Otherwise mixer works as stated. I’ve had it for a couple months now and used it several times to make cookies and mashed potatoes mostly. It made it through the dough ok, is not overly loud so my toddler isn’t terrified when I use it (which is a big plus!), the beaters go in and out with ease making set-up and clean-up a breeze, and the whole set is lightweight and easily hung up on an s hook in my kitchen so it doesn’t take up much space. I was surprised that the price of this KitchenAid mixer was so low. It is so beautiful. I got the red one. I have a big countertop. KitchenAid stand mixer that I use all the time and sometimes when I’m doing several things or small batches, I thought it would be good to have the small mixer as well. That was an awesome idea.
