I have tried other products to manage under breast summer heat rash without much success. This cream is easy to apply and has really helped reduce the rash. I find it easier to just squeeze a small amount out and apply it with my hand rather than using the tube applicator. Absolutely does not work. When I would sweat, it created a lotion-like glob on my skin. It was so gross and I had to wipe it off. The smell was horrible at first, very strong, but then after a couple days it faded soke. It leaves a white reside on clothing as well. I ended up throwing this product away after a week, and switched to using Gold Bond powder instead. ... show more

When I first open I product it did not smell great. The smell was a little off. But I think because these stored for months in the manufacturing process. But I still gave it a try. You have put on clean and dried skin. I applied a thin layer as directions according to the instructions . Surprisingly, I didn’t think it would work, but it kept my skin under my breast dry. It did the trick and I was fine. So this product last a while. Plus it cost effective than other brand names like “Lumi”. No skin irritation is good. I have tried other products that didn’t work and just went back to Z-sorb anti-fungal powder . Depending on the weather and activity, I frequently needed to reapply during the day . And there is powder all over the bathroom! So yes it isn’t a large tube but you truly only need a TINY bit . Make sure the skin is totally dry ( I have even used a blow dryer on cool ) I put a small amount on my finger 1/4 to 1/2 tsp and rub it in . Then do the other side . Once in a great while I have reapplied before evening . I love the product and will be purchasing it again ! ... show more
