This is a fantastic little gadget. I use this to make my salsa with cilantro, and it’s delicious. The blades are really sharp, so be careful as I was cleaning it in the sink and I cut myself the first time. Warning: Do not touch the blades when cleaning with soap and water. Other than that, the color is really nice and the quality is great! I forgot to add it, took me a minute to get the lid off, so I ended up googling how to take it off. Once I figure that out, it started to get easier every time, but it was frustrating at first. It did take a minute. I think I would prefer if it just had an off and on button. With this machine, you have to press down on the handle to run it. If you have arthritis or joint issues, you might want something a little easier to handle.
