I didn't expect much from this because we have a kitchenaid, but I got this for my daughter since she loves to bake and cook. She ripped into it and started messing with it day 1 and has already made bread, cookies, and whipped cream with it. It has some power behind it and it will definitely keep up. Doing dough it does strain a little, but we got a high end kitchenaid and it does the same when you do a large amount of dough. This is comparable to a fixed head kitchenaid, and this bends up to get out of the way. Rather impressive. Price point is lower, will it stand the test of time? we'll see. So far, it's been great.

◎ Initial Impression Pros: Comes with a spatula Bowl and metal attachments appear to be dishwasher safe. The metal pieces so far have gone through the dishwasher with no apparent ill effects. The lid really hasn’t gotten all that dirty so I’ve just been hand washing it so far. The mixing attachments are far larger and better quality than my previous stand mixer, so that has been really nice. Much more powerful than my previous stand mixer. Mixes up dough with no issues at all. Comes with a beater attachment as well as a paddle and a dough hook. I like that the mixing bowl has a handle. Especially since the bowl is so big. The bowl is larger than my previous one by a bit and that is really nice. Despite the larger sizes of bowl and attachments, I have not noticed that the until itself takes up more space that my previous stand mixer. Relatively lightweight for what it is. Cons: No real cons at this point. Just a comment really that I didn’t see anything in the box that I would call an egg separator, so I’m not sure what’s up with that in the description. Other than that, so far I have been been fairly satisfied with the product.

I'm loving this mixer. The mashed potatoes I make with it come out so creamy. Only downside for mashed potatoes is that it might miss a few lumps on the bottom of the bowl since the mixer doesn't reach the very bottom of the bowl. But all you have to do is stop mixing for a second and stir up the bottom manually for just a few seconds, and then restart the mixer. Overall, this mixer has been great. I'm looking forward to trying a few other things like dough for cookies and pizza and bread.

My extended family does a gift raffle for the holidays. And I got this stand mixer as one of the higher end gifts. I appreciate the 900W motor, varying speeds, and multiple functions (the dough hook will be fantastic for anyone who likes baking bread, etc). The price of $189.99 for a 7.5QT capacity makes this a great alternative to fancier name brands.

Absolutely love this stand mixer. Used it to make five pounds of mashed potatoes. What a difference it made whereas I was always using a hand mixer, this was so much easier and quicker. With the cover on the mixing bowl, kept the potatoes in the bowl. Changing the accessories is pretty easy. The large stainless steel bowl holds a lot. The whole unit is pretty light weight and has suction cups to hold it in place while mixing. Came with a dough hook, beater, wire whip, mixing bowl cover and a spatula. Instructions are clear and even included some recipes. Perfect gift for anyone who likes to cook. Definitely worth the price. Would recommend.

I make homemade dog treats. The dough is very thick and I make 4 batches at a time, freezing three. My 20 year old kitchenaid was struggling by time we hit the third batch and by the 4th it was really hot. Maybe it's because it's so old and needs to be maintained. Regardless, I made 4 batches in this and it handled it well. My only improvement I would want would be for the splatter guard to be removable without removing the attachment. I needed it off for one item, and i had to disassemble the paddle to get it off. With this at 190 and a kitchenaid at 250 (albeit it's the holidays so sales), I think it's a good option. No you can't add attachments, but to be honest, all the reviews I watch say not to do that. The attachments are expensive and you're better off getting a device dedicated to it, like a meat grinder.

This is a great stand mixer. Not a KitchenAid, but still powerful enough to get the job done. Love the color and the ease of the controls. Has some heft to the entire mixer. Overall a great item to have in your kitchen!!

This is pretty enough to leave out on the counter! I love this and it's so much cheaper than the "name brand" one. Love that there's a lid to keep messes inside the bowl. Very easy to change out attachments.
