Order a size up and you should be happy! I have Jobst brand compression sleeves and wanted to try these as they are less expensive. After following the size chart and ordering a L, I did some comparing. The size of Large sleeve's armband is identical in diameter to my Jobst armsleeve's; the band must not have as much give as Jobst. I had to order up a size to an XL because it was too tight. Now that I have the XL sleeves, they work and feel great. It is a relief to have them as an option. Couple of suggestions for the manufacture: Add colors in Red, White, dark brown, or decorative patterns. In lieu of the beautiful "K" on the sleeves, you could allow for customizations (flowers, one's own monogram, pattern up the arm to make them more beautiful). At this price point which will allow me to order more in the future at a fraction of the cost of Jobst, and knowing I have to wear these for the rest of my life, I would love something that is fun or complements my wardrobe.

I bought a pair to use after arm lift surgery after reading a review from a Nurse Practitioner who got them for the same surgery. I'm so glad I had them to use instead of the ace wrap from surgery. I bought a second pair because they work so well to wash and switch out. Initially I needed help applying but now 2 weeks out I can put them on alone. Very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend.

The sleeves are top quality. I ordered the 20-30 mmhg, and the compression is extremely good. I developed lymphedema after a lymph node biopsy for cancer, and have to wear a sleeve daily to control the swelling in my left arm. This sleeve is comparable to the medical grade ones that I've purchased at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely purchase again, and highly recommend this product to others.

The media could not be loaded. I used the measuring chart to choose a size Large and I doubt even the X-Large would fit. It’s so skinny and tight, if this is supposed to be for an arm of my size then it’s way more than 15-20mmHg. I couldn’t even get the entire thing over my forearm. Taking it off was intensely painful as it pulled a tendon or ligament or something trying to go back over my wrist and thumb. I have 15-20mmHg and 18-20mmHg socks from other sellers (Amazon and medical supply, respectively) that are not this much of a struggle to put on or this tightly woven at the toughest part. I don’t think these are truly the compression that’s advertised OR their size chart recommendation is wrong. This isn’t like jeans or a shirt; inaccurate and improperly fitting compression can be dangerous. For the video I had to demonstrate on my less swollen hand (left). If you have arthritis in the hands, trigger thumb, or carpal tunnel please don’t even try these and save yourself the agony.
