My wife loves to bake. I bought her a full size stand mixer years ago. But now it has gotten to the point that it is too heavy for her to maneuver. Even the bowls are very heavy. She doesn't like leaving it out all the time either. Counter space is too precious. This mixer is a little smaller and a whole lot lighter. She can pick it up and put it away by herself. It does a good job with what she is making, also. She is very pleased with it. I wish I could tell you all the things it does that she particularly likes but that is above my paygrade. This is a good purchase as a light use mixer. Easy to use attachments and easy to clean. You must wash and dry attachments immediately after use, they are not coated with silicone. Noise level when in use isn't too bad, the motor does heat up significantly if you use it for 5+ mins straight. Suction cups on the bottom are adequate but I wouldn't trust walking away from it for long while in use. Mixer housing is PLASTIC and overall the makes it lightweight to move. If want a heavier and heavy use mixer...buy a Kitchen Aid. ... show more

I’ve always had kitchenAid mixers, but recently gave mine away when I moved.I needed a mixer that I didn’t have to hold . Thought I could do without a stand mixer but was wrong . This is a great mixer and very lightweight which I like. The KitchenAid’s were so heavy. The color is super cute, the machine is easy to use. I really love the extra bowl . The machine has 10 speeds, but I haven’t had to use it after ‘4.’ It is light, being made of plastic so some movement occurs, but it has suction cups which remedy that. I could have spent 500 dollars, but for a fraction of the price, I am convinced I made out better than if I had been a professional artisan. Would definitely recommend ... show more
