Love this faucet! It’s a great size and was easy to install. It feels very stable in our sink and has made washing dishes so much easier. We had an issue with the first one we ordered (manufacturing error) but they were quick to replace and this one has given us zero issues. It looks great and works just as you would expect. The fact that hose can be detached in order to spray dish the whole or dishes that are not directly underneath the opening is my favorite feature. Definitely recommend esp if on a budget! Love the black and gold. Goes great with my new black sink. Easy to install. Only problem is the hand held sprayer doesn't stretch very far. Not a bad enough flaw to send it back, but I do wish it stretched a bit more.

It is a nice faucet and easy to install. You just have to keep a couple of things in mind: - The switch button to change the water mode from stream to spray only works when there is already a water flow. In my case, I thought that the switch did not work and I returned it, in the end when they sent me exactly the same product I understood that I had to install it first. - The water spray mode is not maintained permanently, once the tap is closed, when you open it again it returns to stream mode. - If you are from Colombia, keep in mind that you'll need an adapter for the faucet coupling (acoples). ... show more

I’ve had plumbers install this faucet in a few houses for clients of mine. I hope they haven’t had the trouble that I have had. This faucet arrived without the O-ring in one of the hoses. So one of the supply lines kept gushing when I installed it. Once a guy from Home Depot helped me figure out what was wrong, I purchased the right size O-ring from and got it installed. A few months later, the faucet started leaking from the top. I don’t mean where the aerator is. I mean near where the buttons are that change the spray pattern of the faucet. It sprays up and out of that area. We wrapped those buttons up with rubber bands, and that seems to be stopping the spray. However, we are unable to use those buttons anymore. This faucet is beautiful. It feels more substantial than the cheaper plastic versions. Of course, it doesn’t feel as substantial as the more expensive versions. And most importantly, the product malfunctioned within months of use. I have no idea how to reach out to the manufacturers to see if they product. Needless to say, I’m disappointed in this faucet and we need to replace it again soon. ... show more
