Overall Happy
I looked and researched a ton of different ice makers because I had one in the past that only lasted about a year and a half. Finally settled on this one. It ended up being a little smaller than I realized, but I've ended up not minding that. It's compact enough to not take up much counter space, but also still makes plenty of ice. As soon as I scoop any out it begins to replenish itself. I love that it has a handle, which makes it easy to move. As of right now it is very quiet and I hardly even notice it. Cleaning is super easy, which I love! This type of ice doesn't stay ice very long compared to some, so I definitely recommend it for drinks like iced coffee or dirty sodas. Wouldn't be great for a water tumbler you wanted to last all day.

Chilling w/ the ice machine
Is a bit noisy while making ice, if that sort of thing bothers you. Makes nice nuggets, and doesn't take long at all to do it. Cleaning it is fairly straight forward.

Don’t purchase
If I had it to do over again, I would not purchase this product. It doesn’t make very much ice at a time and the ice does not hold up well once you pour a drink into it. It almost melts immediately. I wanted to return it, but I missed my return window. So unfortunately, I guess I’m stuck with it.

Better than the traditional type!
I debated whether or not to spend the extra money for nugget ice, but after going thru several cheaper countertop ice makers, I decided to try something a little different. First of all, I underestimated how happy nugget ice would make me! Lol. Secondly, because big cubes aren't falling, it's quieter than the traditional type. I feel like it keeps up better and fills my cup up more. So far, I'm happy. I just need the machine to last long enough to get my money's worth out of it, which is yet to be determined.

On the fence about this machine
I’m on the fence about this machine it makes perfect ice and the right amount. But I’m constantly having to clean it due to black dust in it. Not sure what is causing this I clean with vinegar and the self clean mood like instructions ask.
