Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Investment!!!! I’m very disappointed with this espresso machine. I spent $400 expecting quality, but unfortunately, it has multiple issues that make it a poor investment. First, the espresso brewer retains water in the puck, which is clearly visible when you remove it. It also fails to reach the proper pressure for pulling a true espresso shot. Additionally, the built-in grinder is unreliable—no matter what grind setting you choose, it consistently grinds the coffee at the same thickness, affecting the quality of the brew. Overall, this machine has not met my expectations, and I regret the purchase. I didnt even bother to contact the seller since I've seen that it is very unreliable. I just want to put this HORRIBLE experience in the past. Please think twice before you buy! ... show more

I have bought two of these. Different brands but same machine. One for work and then one for home and I use it daily. Makes a great cup of espresso so I can make my venti coffee drinks. It steams and delivers hot water for frothed milks and hot coco. You do have to run a cleaning process every once and a while because a light comes on warning you that things are getting dirty. The cleaning process is tricky and never throw away the instructions because you will never figure out the sequence of buttons to push and what not. It took me a couple of tries to clear the cleaning light but once you figure it out it works. The instructions are very literal and you follow them to the T and it works. It’s pretty quite except when grinding beans. Expresso is hot and the water tank is huge. Love it ... show more
