Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Investment!!!! I’m very disappointed with this espresso machine. I spent $400 expecting quality, but unfortunately, it has multiple issues that make it a poor investment. First, the espresso brewer retains water in the puck, which is clearly visible when you remove it. It also fails to reach the proper pressure for pulling a true espresso shot. Additionally, the built-in grinder is unreliable—no matter what grind setting you choose, it consistently grinds the coffee at the same thickness, affecting the quality of the brew. Overall, this machine has not met my expectations, and I regret the purchase. I didnt even bother to contact the seller since I've seen that it is very unreliable. I just want to put this HORRIBLE experience in the past. Please think twice before you buy!

We use this heavily everyday in our business, makes perfect espresso. Read the instructions and be sure to understand which cup to use and the grind settings. Very Nice quality components! Better than Breville, 30% of the price, save $700!

Like I said, first impression was not good: 1. It looked bigger and bulky 2. Most of it is plastic with silver paint 3. To fill the water tank (if you have upper kitchen cabinets), you’ll need to pull the machine away from the wall, as the tank can't be removed from the front or sides. 4. 20 BARS is just advertising, it is the max on the gauge but the machine never reaches that. If you are lucky you get 12 BARS. My first attempts at making espresso were a disaster! Sometimes only few drops of water came through the funnel, machine stopped and all buttons started blinking. In other occasions it would go through but no creamy foam formed on the coffee. But then I talked to a professional barista and he explained that I may run into the same problems even if I buy comparable Breville machine (that is twice the price)! So I decided to try again and here is how to make it work: 1. Buy only fresh coffee - it helps create a rich, creamy crema on top. 2. If you're using whole beans, keep the grinder set between 13 and 15 (Anything bellow 13 makes it so dense that water does not go through and machine stops working and starts blinking) 3. Use the single-wall cup (or 2 cup) and fill it to the max sign. It is really important to fill it to the MAX sign. 4. If you are using PRE GROUND coffee (e.g. breakfast blend from Starbucks), use the double-wall cup filter to create the right pressure. It wasn' t easy to figure this machine out, but once you do it is a keeper (considering the price).

Excellent value for money Nice looking machine Easy to use and works well The fact it grinds the coffee brews it and then froths the milk makes it time efficient especially on those busy mornings when you have to get to work I have recommended this to several of my friends

I have bought two of these. Different brands but same machine. One for work and then one for home and I use it daily. Makes a great cup of espresso so I can make my venti coffee drinks. It steams and delivers hot water for frothed milks and hot coco. You do have to run a cleaning process every once and a while because a light comes on warning you that things are getting dirty. The cleaning process is tricky and never throw away the instructions because you will never figure out the sequence of buttons to push and what not. It took me a couple of tries to clear the cleaning light but once you figure it out it works. The instructions are very literal and you follow them to the T and it works. It’s pretty quite except when grinding beans. Expresso is hot and the water tank is huge. Love it
