I purchased these earbuds a while back and I recommend them. I use these at work and when I go for walks. The earbuds charge up pretty fast and keep their charge for a long time. The sound quality is good and the fit of them is comfortable for my ears. There is also a feature to tap the outside and it will pause the audio you are playing. So I bought this to replace the ones I had because I lost one of my buds. They were no longer in stock. This was their recommendation to replace the ones I had. Ignore all recommendations...lol. Anyway, I have yet to find earbuds that I absolutely love. They all have connection problems. They all volume problems. There's always something. These are pretty bad and they make me want to stop trying to find the perfect earbud or at least something good enough. So... 1. The connection is bad. Each earbud connects separately and when they feel like it, they turn off and on, willy-nilly, independently of each other. And they do it often like they're at war. 2. You can't turn them up or down with the earbuds because there is no volume control. 3. This said it has noise cancellation, but I've yet to see that. Noise cancellation has been cancelled? 4. I have no idea how much battery my earbuds or the case for them has. It always says 79%. I charge the case to 100, take the earbuds out for the 30 mins it takes for me to get to work. As soon as I return them to the case, it's back down to 79%. Which is weird since I didn't even have a chance to recharge the earbuds yet for the charge on the case to have gone down at all. The charge on the case...is for the case. Which means I also have no idea if my buds are charging. I just assume they are since they're still working...lol. ... show more

The ear hooks keep them in place. Walking and climbing ladders all day I have no fear of them going anywhere. I really have to push them in for the silicone tips to shut outside noises. They are very comfortable and excellent battery life. Love the battery display on the case so I know when to plug the case in. My one negative but a minor one is opening the case.     • Why some say sound is bad

I bought these (and will keep them) even after noticing that reviews suggested the sound quality was an issue. My experience is that the buds can produce a rich full range of sound that would be incredible IF they actually sat in the ear canal pointing that sound to my eardrum. Meaning, I noticed right away that they sounded tinny and that all the bass was missing, but holding the buds at an angle that points them more evenly at the eardrum produced perfect sound. Their design prevents that fit from naturally happening (in my ears, anyway). I tried the 3 sizes of cups provided to see if I could get a fit that would allow the more full sound, but none were better or different. The ear piece points downward and seems to be the cause of the issue. I bought these for listing to Podcasts while working out. Human voice sounds fine. I will keep them since they were a great price, with great features, and matched the need for which I bought them. The fact that the technology is capable of presenting excellent sound but does not because of the shape of the earbud and ear hook is a crying shame. These may be OK on some ears, mind you, just not mine and for others who have left similar reviews on sound quality. If you were planning to use these for music or gaming, look for another product. ... show more
