Ordered this to fit my small patio. Assembly was okay but there are some places with the chair that the screws are hard to reach and tightened. But was able to assemble it by myself and am looking forward to some relaxing hours this coming summer.

The chair looks good, but it is not very comfortable. The woven rattan is fragile. The low back does not allow you to lean back and rest your head. I love the pull out foot rest, tho it leaves your legs lower that the rest of your body. Got it for space saving on the patio from the usual stretched out lounger that took up too much room. Hmmm, more room or comfort?!!!

Sturdy, arm width perfect and comfortable. Back rest a little soft so I will be adding outdoor pillows to it. Overall great product. I did have to send a request because the second chair was missing the seat part D. So we will see how that goes.

My husband actually enjoy putting furniture together so keep that in mind when considering the four stars gor assembly. And use your own tools. The ones they send are rathet useless.

When I got this out of the box, I could tell the back piece wasn't square. As I put it together, it straightened up somewhat, but the chair leans to the left. Definitely something bent in there. The footrest, however, is square, so it's hard to push in and pull out from under the chair. It wasn't difficult technically to put together, but they give you a very slim/bendable wrench and hex key to get the nuts on the bolts. And they're locking nuts, so you can't get them finger-tight then use the tools to finish. You have to use this little wrench from the second you put the nut on this 2" bolt. AND they're all either right against the plastic wicker, or up inside the chair. So you can't use a socket wrench or another tool to make it easier. Took me 2 hours just to get nuts on bolts.

To the customers: This is not a real wicker material but plastic weave. FYI. And as for the screws: the big thing with everyone, it was not in the instructions to pile up all the o-rings to fill the loose space when you screw the CHAIR. SO FYI... important! The end screw end will only twist a couple of rounds and is dead at the edge of the long screw, but you must add 5 to 6 o-rings to fill the space. Get it? lol... To the seller: Please get us different color like black, grey, camel or brown, beige neutral kind of colors. Thank you so much for being responsive to my request of screws. A suggestion is that you can cut the long screw like 1/2 cm but make sure that after you cut, it fits the end screw. We still need to pile the O_RINGS to fit well. Overall: the chair and ottoman is great for the price. It is comfortable and is good for big butt people. Note that the cushion is thicker in height than for the cushion for the ottoman. I do recommend, it is easy to fix but after you read this, everyone should be able to know how to put it together easily.
