This fire pit was of solid weight but easy to put together. It worked great and it didn't burn all the grass underneath it either. I love the design on the side. The cover has a loop on the top which helped make it easier to lift off and put on the lid with a poker. The size is big enought to cook for a family on it. I bought it a few months ago and there is still no rust on it.

I really do like this outdoor fire pit, that is once you get it assembled. Not that is really difficult to assemble, it just take a decent amount of time with all the parts. Took me longer than the 2o minutes suggested. Instructions are included and not difficult to follow. It is a small firepit, but what I like about it is that it is easy to transport to other places like the beach or campground that you can use to as both a firepit and a grill. It has good ventilation to keep it even burning and not much smoke. We used firewood to grill with it and it does a good job of making standard campground things like burgers and dogs, and of course marshmallows for your smores. Good sturdy design so hope it will withstand the use for a few years.

Since it's all contained inside this unit, it's able to be super clean in the backyard if you don't have a dedicated fire pit. The shapes on the side light up in an adorable way bringing in an extra twinkle and mood to the area. It even creates shadows around if you look around the sides of the fire pit. Would definitely recommend if you don't want to deal with a floor being covered in ashes!

We have a neighborhood summer-time tradition of "driveway drinks" every Thursday night. Every week, our neighbors take turns hosting people from the neighborhood in their driveway and everyone brings a camping chair to sit around enjoy each other's company. This small fire pit has been SUCH a great addition to this tradition. It's small enough to put in the middle of our circle in the driveway while we enjoy the summer night, and then store away (once cooled). We did have to assemble this fire pit, but it wasn't too terribly time-consuming. It comes with a grill grate for the top, which we don't use - but might in the future! Overall, the look is very whimsical-looking and I love the simple stars and moon design around the sides. Such a cute touch! If you are looking for a smaller fire pit, and don't mind the assembly, this is perfect.
